This may not count to most people, but the end of the Cowboy BeBop series never fails to hit me.

Better than the Seymour moment in my opinion, I genuinely think this is one of, if not the most well done, and yet most simple ends to a show ever. Another Futurama moment which is slightly overlooked due to Seymour - Leela's Homeworld is worth a mention too.

I think we had this conversation in the previous thread ;D I do believe we did. Hahaha And then I come in with the one you guys always miss, and that's Daria's story from "Write Where It Hurts", where she shows that beyond the misanthropy, all she wants is for her family to have a good life. It brings Helen to tears, dammit!

Ive got one:
'Is it Fall yet?' when Quinn was in tears because her tutor didnt share the feelings she had for him. Daria points out that Quinn saw past the fact he was a "brian" for what he was, proving that she wasnt as shallow as she let on

When Jim breaks into the confessional and asks Pam out for dinner. Her reaction is absolutely priceless. To this day, I maintain they should've ended the show right there. Nothing could ever top that moment. Anyways, this is always my choice:

Scrubs finale was the first one I've seen while it aired that REALLY hung with me for a while. So, this:
BTW: this is the last thing I consider an episode of Scrubs, everything that happened in Season 9 never happened.
