I know there's a lot of comic fans on here, so hopefully someone can help me out.
I was an avid reader of the X-Men in the 80's and 90's, but despite the fact that I still follow comics, I haven't read anything X-Men related since Joss Whedon's Astonishing run ended.
So can anyone giveme recommendations for really good, must-read storylines that have happened since then? I mean, if there are any that is.

The current run of Uncanny X-Force has been great and it is only up to issue 3. It is a black ops team with Wolverine, Archangel, Psylocke, Deadpool, and Fantomex. They do the wetwork behind Scott's back. Right now they are dealing with Apocalypse and his new Horsemen.
Any of Jason Aaron's Wolverine run.
Deadpool Max - again only 3 issues team, and all have been mostly one off stories. The next issue has Cable.
X-Factor - any of the current Peter David run, it has been the most consistently awesome X book since it started. Yeah, some times the art is awful, like vomit inducing bad, but the writing is always top notch. It is a few issues in to a story with Thor right now.

/\ eventually. they had to change the name to X-statix when Marvel decided killing off the original X-Force for comedic purposes was kind of unfair.
Kyle and Yost's recent run on X-Force was really good.
