First impressions:
-Keyboard is not something you can pick up and play right away. I've even had a hard time with medium on regular keys so far.
-Vocals are more fun then ever. Already have gold starred two songs (Imagine and Whip It.)
-Character models look their best ever.
That's it for now.

Some disappointing news... The game has been out for only a short time, and we now have details on what songs are missing from the 1.93 GB Rock Band 2 export. For the $9.99 export fee, we get all the songs EXCEPT: * AC/DC – Let There Be Rock * Journey – Any Way You Want It * Metallica – Battery * Red Hot Chili Peppers – Give It Away * Soundgarden – Spoonman Also currently missing in the export are the nine songs from Harmonix bands (see specific songs below). Do not fear! I talked with someone at Harmonix and these songs will be coming in the future as part of a FREE DLC pack. * Abnormality – Visions * Anarchy Club – Get Clean * Bang Camaro – Night Lies * Breaking Wheel – Shoulder to the Plow * Libyans – Welcome to the Neighborhood * The Main Drag – A Jagged Gorgeous Winter * Speck – Conventional Lover * The Sterns – Supreme Girl * That Handsome Devil – Rob the Prez-O-Dent And from Rock Band 1, you can't export Soundgarden's "Black Hole Sun" or RHCP's "Dani California". www.rockbandaide.com/9308/rock-band-2-export-details/

I hated Journey's song, AC/DC, and Give It Away. Too bad on Spoonman, I LOVED that song on drums! Also sucks for Dani California and MASSIVE sucks for Black Hole Sun... As far as the Harmonix songs... All were good except for Visions, A Jagged Gorgeous Winter, and the worst song in ANY Rhythm band game ever, Welcome to the Neighborhood. My God, even before 2 was released, people were already discussing how no one wanted to play that song in beta testing or in early releases, and how no one thought the song would be desired to be played. I hope there's a further option to not only block a song from playing, but delete it from existence...

Meh, I'm only upset about the Soundgarden songs, Let There Be Rock and Give It Away. Others I rarely played.

So if you already exported Dani California and Black Hole Sun, they won't show up in RB3? Lame. Guess I'll hang on to my RB2 disc in the meantime.

We already paid to have them put on our hard drive for the "Rock Band Platform" I mean it was only $5 dollars for all the RB 1 songs but I still want RHCP and Soundgarden to complete my setlist. Hopefully when they sort it all out, we won't have to pay for them again (although I totally would anyway)

I want to buy the keyboard but it seems really expensive, I thought to import it from the USA, but I don't know how many taxes I should pay

Just Pre-ordered my copy today with 3 extra songs, I am annoyed however that I can't get a Keyboard+Game bundle because I am really interested on it.
+ that 102 button guitar I'll be getting for christmas.

There's a special way you upload those. Unfortunately for me, you need your instruction manual, and I ditched mine when I moved from Cheyenne to Lubbock...

Singing seems a lot easier this time around, I can now quite easily get five stars and occasionally 100% on Hard and the mic appears to pick up my singing a whole lot better than before.
And yes, I turned pitch correction off as soon as I noticed it was there. Still got 100% from Jonathan Coulton's Skullcrusher Mountain, something I've never managed to do in RB2 even though I know that song like the back of my hand.

Man, after a while of stuff that hasn't really done anything for me: DLC for 1/4 Johnny Cash pack 01 www.rockbandaide.com/10467/dlc-for-14/4 Pack is: Cry Cry Cry Don't Take Your Guns to Town Five Feet High and Rising Folsom Prison Blues I Got Stripes I Walk The Line (with Pro Guitar/Bass expansion) Tennessee Flat Top Box (with Pro Guitar/Bass expansion) The Ballad of Ira Hayes And for those asking about "Ring of Fire", that'll be on Country Track Pack volume 2. Only problem with that, though, is that it's formatted for Rock Band 1 and 2, not 3, so no keys, harmonies, or chance of pro-guitar/bass (unless rereleased as DLC down the line) Also coming out is a free pack of the accessory songs to Rock Band 2, which is Abnormality - Visions (to the happiness of NO ONE. EVERYONE seems to hate this song, short of the incredibly easy "pig grunt" vocals that you can 100% expert easily) Anarchy Club - Get Clean Bang Camaro - Night Lies Breaking Wheel - Shoulder to the Plow Libyans - Welcome to the Neighborhood (another one no one was clamoring for) The Main Drag - A Jagged Gorgeous Winter (Another song I couldn't care less about) Speck - Conventional Lover (my favorite song from the pack) The Sterns - Supreme Girl That Handsome Devil - Rob the Prez-o-Dent (an UNDERRATED song. I loved it!) The bad news is twofold. A.) it comes as a pack, not singles, so you HAVE to download all the songs listed above. I forsee a lot of "one lighters" for 2 of the songs above... B.) It's not up-formatted. No harmonies, no keys, no pro-guitar/bass. Sorry, but it's free, so I can't complain.

Johnny Cash pack? F*** yes!
No "Cocaine Blues", but I guess I can live with that.
