Wow, 30 threads. Just got the S Ending for Dead Rising 2. LOVE the sig, bud. Anyway, yeah, that final boss battle was a pain in the butt for me because I walked in with only a quarter health (I was thinking I'd have more time to eat all my steaks). Still, finding ways to kill him made me happy.

I'm really enjoying Saints Row 2, but some of the stuff is just ridiculously easy like losing the cops. Run to your crib, stand behind a building with no roads nearby... swim in place under a bridge while the cops are standing over top. I don't know how many times I've gotten three star wanted and just ended up setting my controller down and leaving because I knew I was safe to wait it out.

OK, so I got absolutely stuck in Alan Wake, like really bad. I had zero ammo, and was in one of those shadow tornadoes with about 30 shadow people w/ axes. The worst part was there was no way for me to get out. I also got stuck by a quick save. So, I took that game and traded it for Fallout New Vegas. Only after I heard there was an encyclopedia of patches released for it.

I love Saints Row 2 WAYYY more than I should. Half of the time playing would be Motley/Razor/Wolf and myself just slugging around finding newer and dumber things to do. The rumor is Saints Row 3 is supposed to have some information revealed about it in December. Did you state, OB91, whether or not you had the DLC? If you do, I'd love to join you and show you some of the idiocy that we have come up with. Like I was telling Madaba, the game is at LEAST 3-4 times as fun having a co-op partner to play with, one of the only games that I can say is better with a co-op partner due to better execution and more to do.

I'm thinking I'm gonna pick up the DLC once I get my 800 back from Microsoft through the October 2400-800 back deal and then the 560 one from the bing bar. (I got 320 still from it.) Also, Microsoft sent me an email yesterday offering me 100 Microsoft Points for signing up for their Games for Windows newsletter. Not sure what all the qualifications were for it, but I did set up my Games for Windows a while back to get that free Tinker game. I imagine drivebys (or anything that involves stuff like that like mayhem, chop chops... a good chunk of the game) would be insanely easier with co-op. Shooting while driving can be a serious hassle. Oh, I managed to stick up 20 stores so now I get free food. I found a great spot with a liquor store a block away from a Forgive & Forget shop. I lost a few thousand, but eh... FREE DONUTS!

That, and there's a TON of achievements to be made from co-op. Only problem is I need one more side mission on co-op to get the Blue Collar achievement. For the life of us, we CANNOT complete the tow truck mission. By the time you get to level 5 or 6, then you have full gangs after you, and once your truck is destroyed, you cannot switch. We even tried "outsmarting the system", but the game STILL destroyed us on level 8...

I just finished up the Hitman missions though. Taking out Frank the FBI Agent, the last one I needed, was a lot easier than I expected. Even if I did get smoked trying to get to a Forgive & Forget. I debated that a bit and decided to go ape in a neighborhood I ran instead of near a Forgive & Forget. Then of course, next mission I did I got a neighborhood with one in it.

Yes finally I got Bioshock 2 and Mass Effect 2 in the mail, installing now. Do Kaiden or Ashley play a big part in ME2? I felt bad about killing Kaiden because he was my favorite character. It was all for nothing too because my character ended up with Liara and not Ashley. I'm considering going back and replaying the part where you have to make the choice. Luckily I had the foresight to create a save there.

(Well, killing Kaiden and ending up with Liara. I've played ME and ME2 pretty much where I'm loyal and nice as hell to my crew and a renegade to just about everyone else.) I don't wanna spoil things for you outside of answering your question, but I'm really hoping she plays a bigger part in ME3.
