So I tried loading my Red Dead Redemption save from August for the first time today. And for some reason is just loads back to the opening like its a whole new game. Is my file corrupted or something?

So my time of not buying Arcade games has come to an end, or at least kind of...
I just started downloading Case Zero. (Which I say doesn't completely count, since it's really just a souped-up demo.)
And I'm left with a question: How much replayability can you get out of this? I'm not going to be able to get the full game until Christmas at the earliest.

Well, unless you really like bashing zombies' heads in, I'd say there isn't too much replay value in Case Zero. The area is small, the main quest is short and it's easy to save all the survivors as well.

I did get a lot of mileage out of just screwing around on the first game, though, so I've got high hopes for both this and the real game.

So I beat Fable 3 in like a shade under 20 hours, and that was without doing many sidequest's at all. I had like 8.3 million gold in the treasury when it came down to one day left so you can imagine how that final battle went. I think the only person that died was the person who was supposed to.
They didn't really think this money thing through though I think, I mean its so easy to just rack up gold in this game, and I'm talking barely doing any jobs at all.

Hm. I got the PC version of Fallout 3 GOTY Edition and played for a bit, and it appears that I got the same early achievements I already had from the 360 version for the second time. I guess that is to be expected because Games for Windows Live and Xbox Live use the same profile and gamerscore and whatnot, but I would've expected the Games tab to say "FALLOUT 3 PC" or something to differentiate it from the 360 version, like GTA IV's PC version did.
Speaking of Fallout 3, it feels really sterile and dull after New Vegas (which I actually didn't finish yet, I'm still trying to decide what to do with the different factions... gotta love it when a game has choices you need to think of before you make any decisions) and now I really have no idea why I liked it so much when it came out. Well, okay, the exploration is still pretty cool, I guess, especially with game mods that increase the atmosphere.

Well the new update just downloaded, doesn't really seem all that different. The ESPN stuff will probably be frustrating to alot of people though.

Is burning to an audio CD still the only way to transfer music to the 360?
I wanted to do some custom entrances for SVR2011, but frankly I'd rather not waste CDs if I don't have to.

You can stream it from your computer via the network, but fo the entrance songs in SvR, you have to make each one an individual playlist.

Downloaded the new dashboard, and while it's all fine and dandy, I seem to have a problem in the avatar section. It'll go to a loading screen where it says it will update my avatar items, but crashes about 25% of the way in, sometimes causing some of my bought items to not work.
Is anyone else having a similar problem?

I think you can use a flash drive as well. If memory serves, you have to make the proper directory for it, something like first folder is "xbox 360", inside of that one should be labeled "music"

It's letting me continue to wear my Rey Mysterio mask, but basically I can't access anything in my prop closet outside of my S&S shirt from Borderlands. EDIT: Okay... dl'ed all the crap for ESPN. Can't get it to work. Worst yet, half the time when it errors it removes everything from my friend's list sans My XBox/My Friends. So one question Microsoft... "Did you even test this game update before you released it?"

Well, at least I know it's not my Xbox.
Hopefully that'll be an error that gets fixed in the near future.

I am relieved that you can use a flash drive to transfer music - I was under the impression that they limited it only to game data.

ESPN3 and Time Warner don't work well together... which isn't cool, since Time Warner blacked out all the World Cup coverage for me because it didn't want me visiting espn3.com

I installed the new update when I was at home for lunch, and I love that ESPN channel. That is just flat out awesome.

So I just ordered Fallout: New Vegas, Rock Band 3, and WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2011 (PS3) for a grand total of $94.98! I love good deals.
