NY a billion time over . I've lived in New York most of my life and have had pizza all over Manhattan , Queens ,Manhattan, and Long Island. This may be biased , but NY has the greatest pizza. I had a slice at Midway-Chicago airport, it was not good.

Brooklyn pizza, specifically.
Though there's a place in my hometown here in Jersey that has the best single pie I've ever had in my life.

I honestly can't vote. I've never had a NY Style Pie, so I don't know what all the ruckus is about. And I'm too lazy to Google it.

Thin but still doughy tasting crust, light on sauce, covered in mozzarella's the basic. Slices are usually large and foldable. Add whatever topics you wish. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_York-style_pizza

NY style. Chicago style isn't pizza, its a lasagna minus pasta.

I'm sure I'd like an authentic Chicago pie, but I think part of me resents that Chicago style has influenced a number of the awful national chains that are more "pizza food" than actual pizza.
By the by, a NY style slice of white pie with meatball? Fantastic.

I used to love deep dish pizza, but now I tend to prefer NY style.

The lack of love for Chicago styled deep dish pizza disgusts and sickens me to my soul. Oh well. More for me.

I hate thin pizzas so I have to go with Chicago style.
Edit: Okay, maybe hate was too strong of a word as I would still eat a slice if it was in front of me. Let me rephrase that by saying I don't like thin pizzas but would eat one. However,I much, much prefer the Chicago style.

Remember, there is a Chicago-style thin crust, as I previously mentioned.
A Chicago-based chain called Rosati's (there are locations out here in PHX) sells only thin crust. I tried it once but it just doesn't compare to NY-style.

NY style by a long shot.
It's not that I hate Chicago style, it's pretty good, it's just that NY has all the qualities that I like in a pizza. I love thin, floppy crust, I love tons of cheese, I'm not too big on lots of sauce, and NY style has just enough of it.
So yeah, definitely NY style for me.
