In that episode they made it a point to state that he isn't a lawyer  but he was allowed to be a lawyer anyway...by a honerable Judge...so Randal is still a lawyer to me damnit!!! Hey he never passed the bar... and we were never quite sure if it was Virgina... |

Perry Mason by a country mile. Raymond Burr just nailed the character for decades, first with the TV show, then, what, 20 TV movies? Great character, even if courtroom theatrics ruled the day.
