I consider myself a straight person as I have no desire to be with a woman and the idea of kissing a woman doesn't appeal to me. I love men and I have no desire to date or marry a woman. However, I find myself looking at women with certain looks and body types. She must not be too thin or too fat, must have curves, be thick, not too muscular, and have a pretty face. ( Think Torrie Wilson.) I don't have fantasies about sleeping with her, but I just find her so hot and so sexy. I wonder what is wrong with me (not to sound homophobic). Having said that, I wonder if a straight person such as myself can have gay tendencies and vice versa?

There is nothing wrong with you. Sexality is fluid and you find a certain of woman attractive. But finding people of your same gender atractive does not make you gay in my opinion. I find a certain type of man atractive but i have no desire to have sex with them.

It's completely normal. I believe that very few people are 100% gay or straight and that seems to be the prevailing thought among people who study this. Even if you don't want to have sex with somebody of the opposite sex, you can still find them physically attractive.

It's completely normal. I believe that very few people are 100% gay or straight and that seems to be the prevailing thought among people who study this. Even if you don't want to have sex with somebody of the opposite sex, you can still find them physically attractive. {Spoiler}  |

I think I read something about that, but sexuality from my understanding is not black and white, or goats and sheep as the wikipedia article mentioned.
A lot about sexuality has to do with brain chemicals, and everyone is a bit different.

I think of it this way. I've never really seen a guy I find sexy, but I can recognize that he probably is.
My test is if I woke up looking like him, would I be happy about it. If yes, they're attractive.
I'd say finding someone sexy isn't weird, just fact sometimes.

I don't think there's anything wrong with that, and you're not alone. There are quite a bit of guys that I think are good looking, I wouldn't want to have sex with them or anything physical if you will, but if a guy is good looking (or girl in your case) there is nothing wrong with acknowledging it. That's my opinion on the situation at least  |
