Going with Andy Richter.
What little I've seen of Earthquake was pretty good, too.

Mikey Robbins. The big-fat Australian comedian.

Sketch comedy: Farley, easily.
Film: Jack Black.
Sitcom based: Drew Carey.
Stand up: I've warmed up to both John Pinette and Lavell Crawford. Oh, and though I may be in the minority, I'm a huge Cedric fan.

I don't consider some of these guys "Big Fat Guy" comedians, at least not in the same way John Candy and Chris Farley are.
Other: Gabriel Iglesias

I must agree with Hawk, I prefer Gabriel Iglesias over all of those listed above just in general, with John Pinette coming in second.

Bruce Vilanch is just great as a comedic writer. There's something incredibly creepy about him, though...

There was a really funny one who's name is actually Bruce Bruce.
I liked when he talked about scaring white women when he greeted them in this way:
"Hello, white woman!"

And Gleason was alive in the 80s, so I count him.

Other Lavell Crawford. He even looks funny. Yeah I remember a stand-up bit he did where he was talking about how good his mom's cooking was. "I'd even eat the curtains if she prepared them right" As for my vote, I pick Gabriel Iglesias! Earthquake is funny, but he's isn't as big as most other "Fat guy" comedians.
