Cloud's LP of IWBTG is the best one imo. He has about 10 minutes of him going bats*** crazy on MechaBirdo alone. Ah, f***ing MechaBirdo. I've never gotten past him (her? it?) for some reason, it should be one of the easier boss fights in the game but I just can't do it. At least I made it through the Ghosts & Goblins stages without losing all of my sanity... ...speaking of which, the single best part of UltraJMan's LP of IWBTG is the Ghosts & Goblins section. I didn't watch Cloud's LP for too long so I don't know if he had an equally epic meltdown with the spike traps, but I assume he did because that part of the game is absolutely ridiculous. If we're talking about potentially humorous breakdowns caused by "DOOOOO DOO DOO!", then I have to suggest both of OverTheGun's playthroughs of IWBTG (one completed, one not-so-much). www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=74758E894F816F07 <--- Incomplete. www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=B604F958A0D3B457 <--- Complete. Language Warning On Both! Seriously, the guy can swear. ...hell, just check him out in general. He's pretty funny AND he has an accent!

HAHAHA holy shit that was cheesy as hell. Why sing about a "Game Over" in such a happy tone?

HAHAHA holy s*** that was cheesy as hell. Why sing about a "Game Over" in such a happy tone? Because it is an arcade game that gained a love for the taste of quarters, and game over means feeding time.

I love on Resident Evil 2 when it goes all black except for zombies eating you and simply says 'You Died' written in blood.

Ironically (in regards to the OP) I always got a kick outta the Castlevania: SotN Game Over screen, since the demon would have some ebonics-like accent when he said "ovah". Plus the evil laugh and the oddly-placed pick up line text onscreen after you've died adds the fun:
My fav. G.O. of all time has to be this one, though:
Just so frickin' sad/creepy/emotional on so many levels (play the game)

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater's game over ("TIME PARADOX") screens were awesome, in particular if you accidentally kill someone who's important to the series future.

HAHAHA holy s*** that was cheesy as hell. Why sing about a "Game Over" in such a happy tone? Because in the 90's developers had balls
