Just got done with Pure Dynamite by Tom Billington. Going into it I heard mixed reviews, but was optimistic and the book did not really disappoint. It was a bit repetitive at points and went on with match descriptions a little too much, but overall a very fun read.
Next, I'm FINALLY going to read Bret Hart's book. I actually started reading it when it first came out (even got it imported from Canada). However, just as I was getting into it my book got stolen (bastards!) and I just recently bought a paperback of it online.

I'm currently reading "The Death of WCW". It's the first wrestling book I've ever read. So far it's kind of interesting, but kind of meh.

If you were expecting it to be funnier though you might want to try one of RDs two other books. Even though Death of WCW had a lot of jokes in it, it seemed like it tried to be a lot more serious than his other two books.

I guess my issue is that it's written sooooo smarky like that it's kind of annoying. And it's incredibly negative towards EVERYTHING WCW did...which as a fan of WCW, is also annoying.

Yeah, I can see your point with that. But RD and Alvarez have always been incredibly smarky and pretty anti-WCW so I went in expecting it.

I figured it'd be the way it is, I guess I just didn't realize it'd be sort of annoying to read it after while. I'm about half way in. It's still pretty interesting though, since I didn't know a lot stuff thats in it back in the day.

Also I am reading "Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank redemption" in "Different Seasons" by Stephen King I loved Interview with the Vampire as well. I almost considered reading Queen of the Damned next, but it took me forever to get through The Vampire Lestat. Lestat was a good book though, just took a while. I'm sure I'll get to Queen eventually.

"Why I Fight" by BJ Penn.
The book made me less of a BJ Penn fan, for sure. It seems like he has a bunch of excuses for all of his losses and he claims that GSP is nothing but a cheater and should be stripped of his belt. I would love to see his excuses for his two losses to Frankie Edgar, but the book came out just days after his first loss to Edgar.

Worth reading Queen of the Damned. Get it dude. trust me

Just finished reading Soccernomics, great read, especially the chapter on the Premiership and NFL battling for global domination.
Now about a quarter of the way through Next Man Up by John Feinstien, about the 2004 Baltimore Ravens season.

The Girl Who Kicked a Hornet's Nest by Stieg Larsson. It's a pretty cracking trilogy, if you ask me.
Just finished Full Dark, No Stars by Stephen King, and it was one of the more realistic, and horrifying King novels I've read. I'd almost RATHER that he go back to fictional things like vampires and werewolves and such. It's far less dark of a subject matter than rape, cancer, and spouse-killing.

"Duma Key" by Stephen King. I got such a kick out of that one. An artist story. Awesome! I'm reading Don Cherry's new book (Hockey Stories and Other Stuff 2). It's not too bad. I've got King's new book lined up to read after Don's book. I also have "The Forever War" to get into and eventually I'll get back to the Game Of Thrones series.
