It all depends on how Punk loses to Cena. If Punk gives Cena the GTS only for Cena to pop back up like nothing happened, lock on the STF, and win then it will be a burial yes. Really? It might be a burial of the GTS, but not to Punk who got the WWE's top star in position for his finisher. It's one thing to have the top star in position for his finisher. But actually taking him out with it and winning a match is what his character needs.

Wait until Cena win's a match against Punk. PUNK IS BURRIED! Seriously, I'm a fan of Punk. But he can go undefeated for two years straight, win countless World Titles, have a bunch of mega fueds. Then he could have a epic rivalry with it all ending at Wresltemania when he faces the Undertaker in an epic storyline. Undertaker wins after all that, in Undertaker's last match ever, and here wil be everybody: PUNK IS BURRIED! Seriously the guy get's too much love. Cena did that cool table spot to Slater and the only thing I saw was "did you hear CM Punk say he spilled my diet soda." It all depends on how Punk loses to Cena. If Punk gives Cena the GTS only for Cena to pop back up like nothing happened, lock on the STF, and win then it will be a burial yes. No it wouldn't. It's a common occurrence for main eventers to kick out of each others finishers. I'll admit though, it would be nice to see his opponents fight out of the STF a little more often.

It's a common occurrence for main eventers to kick out of each others finishers. My one issue with Cena's STF is it would be nice to see his opponents fight out of it a little more often. Again, I don't mind certain wrestlers kicking out of each others finishers if it adds to the drama and the excitement of the match. I remember when Savage delivered several of his finishing elbows to Ultimate Warrior and Warrior still kicked out. It really added to the emotional aspect of the match, and it didn't make Savage look weak. Nowadays if Punk hits Cena with his GTS and Cena just hulks up like nothing happened nor does he sell it, in my opinion, that very thing makes his opponent look extremely weak.

I don't think alot of the recent "Cena hate" is do to Cena himself, rather than his booking. Okay so most of us agree "CM Sucks" was just awful, and I don't care what anyone says that will not change my mind. But between the Nexus burial, no selling the firing and then how he acted afterwards, it rubbed people the wrong way.
Cena was getting alot of love during much of the Nexus fued because he was helping putting them over and did good work with them. It was easier to sympathize with Cena when he was forced to be in Nexus and then got fired. For once, he actually was the underdog. Then a week after he gets "fired" he not only appears on Raw, but plays it off like it is greatest thing ever and procedes to continually attack Nexus. Once again he overcame the oddz, and does it in a ridiculous fashion. Basically it shows that no matter what happens to Cena, he will get his win and then some. The reason most people hated his character to begin with.
In most movies(atleast good ones) when the heroes go to the level/outdo their enemy at their low and methods the hero basically becomes bad themselves. He should have been lower, regretting what he had to do, but accepting it as a necessary evil. CM Punk comes out and complains about the same problems many on this board have and somehow people are surprised and outraged that most of this board is siding with him in this fued?
It seems to me that Punk, even though the antagonist, is extremely justified in this fued. He is once again playing the holier than thou cult leader that most fans will still hate. But it makes perfect sense for people that were on the fence or Cena may have started to win over during the Nexus fued to cheer for CM Punk. It obviously doesn't help that alot of people were already bigger Punk fans than Cena and now Punk is actually correct.

Exactly. Remember when Dean Malenko kept on losing when he was chasing the cruiserweight title? Then he lost to Jericho and stayed off of television for a while. He made his return and was redhot when he took off the Ciclope(spelling?) mask.
WWE is pretty much doing the exact same thing that WCW did towards the end of their fruition. They're not building any new stars, letting one or two stars constantly get wins over legitimate heels, and not allowing their new talent to improve.
I don't blame Cena as I said. I blame Vince and his creative team for ignoring fan responses.
