Damn if he doesn't look like Mac from It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia! So I was finally catching up with FCW episodes a while ago and finally came across Brad Maddox in his debut interview, and sure enough, he comes across as just as much of a jackhole as Mac and The Gang does. He's interviewed on FCW episode 106 part 3 around 6:08. I'll wait... ... ... (I hate not being able to post WWE-owned videos) In subsequent episodes, he's interviewed by a different female, and he's a total prick with his Professional Dating Coach gimmick. To me, the character seems just... goofy. But I'll be damned if Maddox just doesn't come off naturally as a total tool, seemingly getting better week after week. IMO I like the guy, but I dunno about that gimmick. So do you guys think this gimmick would work in the WWE? What's your early opinion of this guy?

I still say that he looks like he's sticking his head through a plastic muscle suit in that picture.

Forget the video. You get 200 points from me for going all It's Always Sunny on us.
I just hope he masters the D.E.N.N.I.S. System.

He's doing a dating coach gimmick? Seriously? That's actually pretty awesome. I mean, bring him up to Smackdown, team him with Cody Rhodes and his "grooming tips" gimmick, and laugh all the way to the bank.

"That was rhetorical. You SHUT YOUR MOUTH when I'm speaking!!!"
Homeboy looks like Jason Marsden.

I've seen a few of his segments in the past and I was impressed with him. I still say that he looks like he's sticking his head through a plastic muscle suit in that picture. Once seen, cannot unsee. Hilarious!

At the last FCW house show I was at, He was doing the Rick Martel "arrogance" gimmick. That's awesome. He reminds me of Heel Derrick Bateman from a couple months ago.

Man, heel Derrick Bateman ripping off his trunks to reveal... more trunks. Man, that used to crack me up. Same thing when Johnny Curtis was heel for like... a few weeks, had, I believe Aksana as his valet, and he was a germaphobe, coming down the ring with rubber gloves and one of those SARS masks. I'm such a sucker for over-the-top heels, and that Johnny Curtis gimmick was one of the best things I've ever saw. Rediculously hilarious! Edit: Found video of the Johnny Curtis gimmick, sans surgical mask. Search Aksana Johnny Curtis on Youtube and watch the first video. The music and rose pedals are great!

Speaking of Over the top heels, has anyone seen Col. Damien Sandow: The new Sgt. Slaughter? In fact, FCW has lots of crazy heels now: Titus O'neil, Lucky Cannon: Lover boy, and the new Muhammad Hassan Jinder Mahal.
