I actually really enjoyed the whole Cena/Ziggler/Vickie segment, match included. I know its really lame for them to still be mocking Vickie's weight, but the crowd really helped, and I had fun watching it.

Every time someone loses, people say they've been buried. I mean, christ, if that is the internet definition of buried then no wonder HHH gets so much hate...

You including yourself in that, chief? Nah : ) I dont care nearly enough to flip out in the manner that is common place amongst most wrestling fans of the internet. That and I have the ability to be reasonable. Which is odd. Which explains signing up at a wrestling forum and calling it's users stupid. We have a fine ability to be reasonable as well as intellectual, get off your high horse amigo.

And if you pay attention to this thread, it's seems to me that those screaming "Buried!" are the minority, not the majority. And why do you say "you" like you aren't a fan yourself? You are a wrestling fan, right?

It would have been better if the commentators spent more time explaining that Morrison wasn't 100% after a gruelling ladder match rather than one quick mention.
As for CM Punk he couldn't go over the top with the chair as that's the exact thing he's been preaching against.

Nexus is dead...for the 50th time since it formed They started off as seven (8 if you count Bryan) talented people banding together to make it further than any of them could have individually. From there, they became "Wade Barrett and a bunch of guys who don't matter" battling the WWE. Then instead of the WWE, they were just going against Cena. And now they just essentially lost a 7 on 1 feud. Barrett is 1 and 5 in main events, and outside of a forgettable tag title run, the rest of them have done nothing but jobbing. Yeah, that's a burial. It becomes increasingly difficult to take him seriously as a credible main eventer when he loses every match. He can still be a good midcarder, but his days as a main eventer are done for now. I wouldn't call it a burial, but in situations like this where the #1 contender is barely even an afterthought, it usually ends up with said guy being fed to the champion then being sent back down to the midcard. I hold to my prediction that Morrison is nothing more than a speed bump so Miz will have something to do until his Wrestlemania feud (likely with Cena) kicks in.

Wrestling fans are stupid. You including yourself in that, chief? We're watching a bunch of nearly-naked grown men pretend to fight over shiny belts. Yes, we're stupid.

The only issue I had was... well... the Vickie fat jokes are getting kind of old. It would be different before she lost weight. Now it just seems like they can't think of anything else to joke about. It works for her, though. She's easily the most over heel in recent history- including Wade Barrett at his peak earlier this year.
As for Cena no-selling punk's chair shot... since when does Cena really sell anything? I mean, other than complete beatdowns that leave him totally laid out, he pretty much shrugs off everything. Yes, he should have acted like the chair shot hurt more, but this is Cena we're talking about here. At least he didn't grab the chair from Punk mid-swing and hit him with it I guess.
As for Morrison's "burial"... what? He was selling an injury from a PPV that he sustained in a match with a hulking brute of a former WWE champion who happens to be the current King of the Ring. God forbid someone sell an injury. Wait, what were we mad at Cena for?

Awwwwwwwwwwwww......Did the IWC's widdle champion lose to a match?
Miz was not buried. Morrison didn't quite get the momentum he might have wanted, but he's still far from buried. Ziggler proved he could have matches with main eventers. Punk hit Cena with a CHAIR, not a DEATH RAY.
Really over using the term "Buried" guys.

Ziggler did not get buried, he got a lot of offense in against Cena
and has been mentioned Cena really should've sold the chair shot more

lol@Ziggler getting buried. He didn't job, he just lost to the face of the company. He came out looking like he belonged against Cena, if anything it got him credibility.
I didn't like Lawler pinning Miz, though.

Overreactions to every little detail and screaming BERRIED any time someone interacts with someone else that's higher up than them is how this board does. It's annoying, but I've come to accept it.

Ziggler got put over by Cena, if anything. He had a LONG match against John and now he's getting another match. Considering how long he lasted, I think it's a nod to the statement that he can hold his own against anybody, even against the face of the company for a little whiile.

I hate their term "buried," and it sounds so stupid and immature.
So a person lost a mtch, so thier buried.
It's such a dumb way to think.
Dolph's match with Cena was top notch. That match was so good, both man delivered, and Ziggler hit his finisher and almost won. It also lasted longer than the segment. Even though Zigglerl ost, the match truley proved to people why Ziggler is the Intercontinential CHampion, it was better than Bryan/Ziggler, yes it was.
Morrison is lucky he's getting TV time, so yeah.
Sure Cena could've sold the chair shot alittle bit more, but did'nt Goldberg no-sell the F-5 during the RR '04, it's just doesn't matter, Cena's a top guy and for that, he's aloud to do it sometimes.
Nobody was buried, or was ever buried, it's just a term made up by the IWC because godforbid a person can't lose a match.
