Can we name more tag teams in which the female member outlasted/out-shined her male counterparts?

Arguable case for the Hardys and Lita, and if you're stictly counting Johnny Nitro MNM.

Arguable case for the Hardys and Lita, and if you're stictly counting Johnny Nitro MNM. No in both cases. Trish went leaps and bounds ahead of Test and Albert. Sunny became the female face of the WWE while the Boddydonnas went nowhere. Nattie is world champ while the Harts are all but forgotten. Lita had a great run in the women's division and as Edge's valet, but the Hardys were one of the most over tag teams of their era. Matt was at one point one of the most over guys on the roster while Jeff went on to become world champ and enjoyed a level of popularity that went nowhere but up until he himself sabotaged it. Melina's a tough one. She's had a good run as well while Mercury was all but forgotten. Morrison, on the other hand, is in the upper midcard right now and will at least have a brief run in the main event scene. Tamina might actually be a good choice. The Usos came and now can't buy a crowd reaction. Their run is essentially dead in the water. Tamina is at least working with Santino. Sure, it's not Trish, Lita, or Sunny but even if all 3 were released tomorrow I think it's still safe to say that her run was at least better than theirs.

Forget just the BodyDonnas, the entire 1996 tag-team scene revolved around Sunny. The BodyDonnas, the Godwinns & the Smokin' Gunns were all managed by her when the respective teams held tag-team gold that year. Even the story-lines were about her, not just the belts. -Billy lusts for Sunny and wants to impress her, Bart was the one who had to get him focused on the gold. -Phineas loves Sunny and Henry had to remind him she turned on them. Listen to the crowds around this time. They weren't cheering for any of the six, they were chanting "Sun-ny! Sun-ny!"

Arguably when Stacy Keibler managed The Dudleys and that whole Test/Steiner fiasco.
PMS is a reverse example of a female "tag team" outshining a single male. The Bellas can't even say that with all their jumping around from man to man.

Ouch, forgot about Stacy and the Test/Steiner partnership. Good one.

Tamina can touch a belt now, more than she would get hanging with the Uso's so good for her.

Not a tag team but Marc Mero is the definition of this. Which is a shame because he should have been a solid midcard face for the company but they pushed Sable instead. She was not even that hot in my eyes. She was a total butterface.

The York Foundation. She (Terri Runnels) at least had a career that continued long after her members retired/took backstage jobs.

Not a tag team but the same concept, Lita outshined Essa Rios.
