When these types of things come out, no one hesitates to pile on a guy in the wrestling business. And when he says things like this: They mostly get ignored, so we can keep bashing on wrestlers, which I (usually) have no problem with, because they see us as idiots, anyway. But when a guy actually does say something halfway grown-up, it should be recognized. By the way, Paul is hardly bitter, if you actually pay attention. You'll notice that even when he's being "mature" he throws in a dig, so yeah, I don't buy the whole "grown-up" angle you're going for.

Me neither, but a lot of people now see being dismissive towards others as a way of proving you're above someone, and therefore the "adult" where they are not. And it makes absolutely ZERO sense.

It`s strange that I like Paul London more and found him a lot more interesting AFTER he was released from the WWE. In ROH and WWE I found him to be so bland and boring.

I know I ask this a lot but... What the f*** is their problem with eachother? I mean, did London steal Ashley away from Matt or something? Did Matt sabotage London's push? Whatever it is, these two have a blind hatred for eachother. The understanding that I got is that it all comes down to Ashley. Despite Paul's recent claims, apparently the girls flock to Matt (that seems to be the consistent claim by everyone except Paul) and those that date him don't get over him easily. That Lori chick that Joey Abs hates Matt over held a torch for Matt years after they broke up and came knocking the instant that she thought that Lita was out of the way. Lita may have cheated on Matt, but apparently not only did not want to break up but got back together with him briefly. From Paul's own words, he was not willing to be like John Morrison (where his girlfriend was getting it on with someone higher up the ladder with the ear of someone in management), so he felt that he had to break it off with Ashley. The implication is that even after breaking up with Matt that she kept going back to him, Paul be damned. Granted, that is not a ringing endorsement for Matt's character (though the fact that he has long patched things up with Edge suggests that he feels that sleeping with another guy's girl is not the worst betrayal possible).

Paul London is as incapable of ever shutting up about Matt Hardy as Matt is about Lita.
Read into that what you will.

Paul London is as incapable of ever shutting up about Matt Hardy as Matt is about Lita. Read into that what you will. The funny thing about it is that Matt's online reaction to Paul pretty well mirrors Lita's online reaction to Matt's exploits: He ignores it, which is pretty funny since Matt seems to react to every other little thing. I bet that is the thing that might burn Paul the most. He is so inconsequential that he cannot get under the skin of the IWC's most sensitive person.

Yeah, I love Paul London, but he desperately needs to let this go. I am a huge fan of his and will always support him, but he has far better things to do than this. I've talked to Paul a few times and when he has very interesting things to say about art and culture and the world when he isn't high out of his mind. Matt Hardy on the other hand doesn't show me anything like that-- I've always found Paul more talented than Matt AND Jeff, but that's neither here nor there.
Paul in this interview dispensed with one of the most tired cop-outs of all time, the whole "I was in a dark place"-thing. No doubt, we all go through depression, but I am under the belief that we should always stick by what we do, no matter if we're high, depressed, stressed out or what have you. I don't mean to say that we can't feel bad about something we did, but as Paul has used this kind of excuse before, it is more than tired and reeks heavily of backtracking. I remember a week or so after he got fired the WWE, London did an interview where it sounded like he was putting down Evan Bourne and his shooting star press. A little while later when asked about it, he said a similar "I was in a dark place at that time" and said how much he liked Evan. I don't doubt he does like Evan, but that's just an example.
I feel bad when people at PWG chant "marijuana" every time he gets on the mic because they assume he's high, but I would be hard pressed to argue against the fact that he does at times court that kind of treatment. He seems like someone who really enjoys life, but he's so wrapped up and bitter that we can't see that Paul, especially in videos he posts, because he subconsciously knows some people like and crave the bitter grappler dirt sheet schtick. I know that this "feud" with Hardy is below him (and Hardy), and even though he claims the same, he and Matt have yet to prove it and move on.

I don't recall the last time Matt specifically responded to Paul, and this is a guy that responds to EVERYTHING, including a lack of reporting of every obscure website interview that he does.

Whatever it is, these two have a blind hatred for eachother. Matt Hardy thinks that England's greatest Prime Minister is Lord Chamberlain while Paul London thinks it's Pitt the Elder. They had a argument over this topic which resulted in Matt Hardy punching out Paul London and Mike Choida.

Paul London is as incapable of ever shutting up about Matt Hardy as Matt is about Lita. Read into that what you will. To be fair, the interviewer straight-up asked him about Matt Hardy. Honestly, I love Paul London and he continues to be my favorite person in the wrestling business. We have similar mindsets, and I respect the hell out of his blatant honesty. I'm not saying he's always right, but he's always sincere and that's more than can be said for damn near anyone else.

I don't really see much wrong with what London says. He seems like he's just being real. The fact that he pulled his stupid video because he realized it was stupid says a lot about the head he has on his shoulder.

It`s strange that I like Paul London more and found him a lot more interesting AFTER he was released from the WWE. In ROH and WWE I found him to be so bland and boring. Well, in ROH he was the "Please don't die" guy with no real personality and in WWE he never got the opportunity to rise above being a nobody. Then he went insane and put on a spacesuit and he's been endlessly entertaining since.

Paul London could continually complain about Matt Hardy for the next three decades and I would still love him with all of my heart.

This feud is beyond sad. I like Paul London myself, but he really needs to let this feud with Matt Hardy go. He is funny, talented, etc.

You know seeing this "Fued" makes me realise I would pay money to see Paul London, Matt Hardy, The Iron Sheik and Scott Steiner in a four way verbal debate..
