Okay, so, what happened is Kizarny sent Mantis on a glass bottom boat ride and then when Mantis came back Kizarny was squatting in his house.
So what Mantis did, was played a ring toss game with Kizarny for the house except he cheated and ran back inside and locked Kizarny out.
Now Kizarny is out for revenge.
Where the Eye of Teyr factors in, I don't know.
