-- According to an article on FightLine.com, Dave Meltzer noted on a recent radio show that Brock Lesnar has lost his desire to fight and is ready to leave the UFC. The report notes that Lesnar badly wants to do WrestleMania, and is no longer interested in fighting after his one-sided loss to Cain Velasquez last month. This could be a negotiating ploy on Lesnar's side since he is on the last fight of his UFC deal, nonetheless it's an interesting development that we'll be following.
Thoughts anyone? I would love to see him keep fighting, but if he leaves he can make a grip of money working for Vince again and pull a few hungred thousand devoted fans of his ages 18-39, into watching WWE shows again

Well, he won the title and he fought quite a few big names.
There's really not much for Lesnar to do in MMA anymore.
But WWE...there's a whole 'nother World Championship he hasn't even touched.

I'd give my left foot to have him back in WWE full time.

Dixie would be wise to send out feelers to talk to him and if he does elect to leave UFC than that is a huge sum of money she should spend for the same reason I mentioned above. the difference being TNA's product is better suited for the demographic I believe will follow him and the addition of those fans is something TNA really really really needs. WWE could survive on their current roster for the next two years. TNA wants to make themselves known? Get Brock Lesnar

You know I'm actually torn. Brock shouldn't stay in UFC if he doesn't have the desire and him being in WWE or TNA would be a huge coup for either company and if he really wants to do it. That's what he should do
THAT SAID: I don't want to see him in either. I mean I REALLY don't want to see him in either. To the point I'd strongly consider changing the channel if he was on. I can't even explain why. I just don't want to see the guy any more.

^Understandable. I myself have felt that way about many wrestlers and sports personalities.
Allow me to expound on my TNA post. If TNA were to get into a bidding war over Brock and somehow landed him. The figure would likely be so astronomical that it would have to mean TNA was absolutely all in. They couldn't just have him as a wrestler in their current format. They'd get lots of free advertsising from the sports press but to be truely effective they'd have to spend a fortune in ad dollars and they don't have a good track record on that. They'd need to run Impact tapings on the road to boost their footprint. They'd need to improve marketing so that they'd have some great T-shirts of Brock to sell. Bottom line IMO if they got him they'd either explode or go out of buisiness spending money on his contract and the above ancillary stuff

Big surprise.
Not that he isn't talented, but he has a history of having an incredibly short attention span in whatever he does.
What's he gonna do next? Jousting? .. Man, I hope so.

Wasn't he just as Chris Tuscherer's gym opening saying he was getting his belt back? It was my understanding that he wanted to spend the hunting season with his family and then get back into training.

It may be a tough road to getting his title back. I think maybe his loss made him realize how tough the MMA game really is. He could really help WWE in the short term, and he's the one big name that actually might put TNA on the map....might. But expect Dana White to keep him as long as he possibly can, and play hardball if need be. White's a rather ruthless business man and Brock is still buyrates. I laughed heartily at the jousting idea. Somebody should make a thread about Brock's next career choice. OR...alternately, the whole report could be bunk, and he'll end up avenging his loss and reigning in UFC for years to come.

Eh, didn't like him first time round. Now we've established he has the attention span of a hyperactive goldfish I *REALLY* don't want him back in WWE.

Hell yes, I would love for his music to hit randomly during an Undertaker promo, he comes out and lays out the deadman. Smackdown will be exciting again

Well I have to ask the question - if he does leave UFC, he's basically flaking out on them the same way he flaked out on the WWE all those years ago. Why should the WWE trust him not to do it again?
