I'd have to double check with some of my EWR stuff (I'm doing a 2003 start point scenario for WWE), but here is some of the stuff I have:
1. Edge is WWE Champion and feuding with Big Show while World Heavyweight Champion Rob Van Dam is in a wild feud with Chris Jericho. Other feuds include Undertaker vs. Rhyno, The Rock vs. Randy Orton, Gus Richlen (yes, I created myself) vs. Triple H, Victoria vs. Alexis Laree, Chris Sabin vs. Matt Hardy, and Kurt Angle vs. Kane.
2. Also signed to either the main roster or development are:
MAIN: Colt Cabana, Samoa Joe (I got lucky here. The Japanese promotion he was committed to didn't list him for their next touring schedule and none of the others took him, so I snapped him up alomost instantly), Abyss, Trent Acid, Jeff Hardy
DEVELOPMENT: Antonio Banks (MVP), Cheerleader Melissa, Cliff Compton, Alex Shelley, Alura, Amy Action, Bret Albright, Chris Mordetzky (Chris Masters), Hade Vansen, Jimmy Jacobs, Kara Slice (Cherry), Mercedes Martinez, Matt Morgan, Miz, Natalya, Necro Butcher, Nigel McGuiness, TJ Wilson, Roderick Strong, So Cal Val
3. MAIN EVENTERS: Triple H, Undertaker, Edge, Eddie Guerrero, Chris Jericho, Gus Richlen, RVD, Rhyno, Rey Mysterio, The Rock

Nothing really special about this screenshot. ![](http://i40.tinypic.com/iwoeia.jpg) Except the fact that my buddies do a podcast, and just did an interview with Spud where he ranted about not wanting to go to the States unless he gets paid travel, and this image was re-tweeted by him.

Back again and this time in the space of a month, all my plans have been ruined and thrown out the window.
Champions as of Final Battle 2011, Week 4 December
ROH World: Bryan Danielson ROH TV: Colt Cabana ROH Tag: Kings of Wrestling ROH X-Division: Austin Aries
Now just a month later
ROH World: Austin Aries ROH TV: X-Pac ROH Tag: Vacant ROH X-Division: Austin Aries
SO MUCH OF MY TALENT HAS BEEN TAKEN IN JUST A MONTH. Had to do some much frantic last minute booking, hoping the person I put the belts on won't leave.
Here's my roster (for the time being)
Main Eventers MVP, Brother Ray, Doug Williams, Jeff Jarrett, Chris Sabin
Upper Midcarders X-Pac, Joe Hennig, Mark Henry, Low Ki, Shelton Benjamin, Brian Kendrick, Austin Aries, Charlie Haas
Midcarders Nick Jackson, Matt Jackson, Matt Morgan, Davey Richards, Raven
Lower Midcarders Stevie Richards, Kevin Steen, Curt Hawkins, Roderick Strong
Openers Rene Dupree, Vance Archer, Homicide
Enhancement Talent Volador Jr
I've also got Edge as a manager (not assigned to anyone yet, still trying to figure this one out. Joey Styles and William Regal are my announce team.
Also since nobody wants to sign him due to his age and only being Semi-Active Wrestler, I am gonna use the Undertaker in a feud with Aries. But yeah, TNA have kinda screwed me over here.

So, I haven't played EWR lately but I've been thinking about my game. Mostly, I've been thinking about the idea that someone else here on the forum had and that was teaming up Evan Bourne and Justin Gabriel. The original idea was to turn them heel and have them be a pretty-boy "better than you" team, which I think would work, but I also think having them both be faces would work. The thing is, I would have to turn both Evan and Justin heel to do this. However, I thought about turning Kofi heel to break up Air Boom, which is plausible considering they've been having their problems between them (I didn't suspend Evan for his Wellness violation but he has been booked as the weak link). But if I turned Kofi heel, I'm not quite sure what I'd do with him after that.
Also, I had Antonio Cesaro debut in the Rumble and rack up a pretty decent winning streak across all 3 shows (Raw, NXT and Smackdown) before settling on Smackdown. Originally, it was going to be a mini Streak vs Streak match between Antonio and Brodus Clay with him being on a roll as well, but he ended up getting suspended (around the same time he was dropped from TV in real life). So I inserted him into Cody Rhodes' program where he claims to have no competition for the Intercontinental title, but with Antonio coming closer than anyone but getting his first loss. But surprisingly enough, Cody extended his hand in partnership with Antonio, keeping one of his toughest opponents in his back pocket.

Just started playing again with an up-to-date roster. I rehired Khali, who was a free agent, and got props from Mark Henry and Hornswoggle for doing so. Also, Kane wants to work with Santino.

Alright, so here's the Wrestlemania card I'm working towards after Elimination Chamber:
John Cena vs The Rock (Funny note, when I ended the feud between Cena and Kane and started a new one with Rock, that feud only had 85 heat.)
WWE Title - CM Punk (c) vs Chris Jericho (Jericho won the Raw Elimination Chamber to become #1 Contender)
World Title - Randy Orton (c) vs Daniel Bryan (Orton won the World title in the Chamber from Bryan but since Bryan won the Rumble, he'll get another chance at it at Mania)
Triple H vs Undertaker (Wasn't originally going to do this but decided to since I had no other real options. Don't know what gimmick I'm going to use and I'd like to factor Shawn Michaels in there somehow, especially since he became Unsackable with that whole "Married a previously unknown daughter" thing. I just took it as him joining the Board of Directors.)
Kane vs Zack Ryder (Some sort of gimmick match I haven't decided yet. Ryder could use a high-profile match after getting beat up all this time.)
Tag Titles - Primo/Epico (c) vs Evan Bourne/Justin Gabriel vs Kofi Kingston/Dolph Ziggler (I'd like to split Air Bourne, pair up Bourne and Gabriel for a new tag team. I wondered what I'd do with a heel Kofi but then it hit me: Tag him with Ziggler. I'm actually thinking of making an official stable with Kofi, Ziggler, Swagger and Vickie and maybe giving them the belts since Swagger already has the US title)
Money In The Bank - The Miz, Alberto Del Rio, Christian, Sheamus, Jack Swagger, Wade Barrett (This is mostly just filler to fit in everyone else. I just realized though that there's only one face in this match. I have Miz and Del Rio in a mini-program just because Del Rio attacked Miz on his return to announce his spot in the Chamber.)
Possible Other Matches: Big Show vs Mark Henry (Got nothing else for them to do) Divas Title - Beth Phoenix (c) vs Kharma (I had them in a match at Elimination Chamber already but Kharma won via DQ. If I have room, I'll put it on Mania. If not, I'll either do it dark match or the Raw before.)
Just feel like I'm missing a few people.

This sounds like an awful skit on Smackdown waiting to happen. Well, I know what I'm doing next Smackdown! Anyway, my roster seems to be falling apart somewhat. I've gone through 2 weeks, and I've lost Del Rio for a month (broken nose) and somehow Booker T with a back injury, even though I've never had him wrestle. Also, Derrick Bateman married a long lost daughter to someone on the board of directors, so he's unsackable, but I'm okay with that. My game started at the beginning of March. Here's my lineup heading into Wrestlemania thus far: CM Punk(c) vs. Chris Jericho - WWE Title (fun fact: right as I started playing, Punk requested to have matches with Jericho. Currently at 100 heat.) Daniel Bryan (c) vs. Sheamus - World Heavyweight Title (94 heat) John Cena vs. the Rock (87 heat) Randy Orton vs. Wade Barrett (91 heat) Epico and Primo (c) vs. The Usos - Tag Team Titles (67 heat) Beth Phoenix (c) vs. Kharma - Diva's Title (82 heat) Zack Ryder (c) vs. Jack Swagger - US Title (82 heat) I'm thinking about putting Cody in a triple threat match with R-Truth and Kofi as well. Not sure what else to put on the card, but I'll figure it out.

In my TEW 05 game with my create-a-fed, after I destroyed TNA, WWE is kinda falling apart on its own.
Working way too many international shows and having endless crappy Diva matches and not to mention the Luke Gallows IC Title push, + Shawn Michaels retiring while WWE Champion, and then signing with TNA! (which breaks the game rules but hey, I guess the CPU decided to cheat too), they plummeted to Cult.
This means the brand extension ended and they fired literally half the roster, mostly the crappy half. I snagged Santino, Wade Barrett, and Daniel Bryan. CM Punk was demoted to a lower midcarder for some reason, hopefully he's next.
Of course now that they have a streamlined roster, they will have better shows by default, so maybe this is as low as it goes for them.

Just started a February 2012 game a little while ago as a backyard fed named Top Tier Wrestling. I've already managed to go all the way up to Regional and am about to debut my first TV show.
Here is a brief history of my company...
Was originally built around Chris Sydal (Matt's brother) with him being the only name wrestler on the roster. He won the world title in a tournament. He left about 9 months in after he got too popular and AAA snagged him away to a written contract.
Since he left as champion I then had a special attraction match for the title between debuting wrestler's Karl Anderson and WWE star Daivari! Okay, not actually Daivari, but his younger brother Arya. Karl won with a Pro USA gimmick for a feel good moment to end the first year of the company. However his reign was short lived as the next month Arya captured the title and had a 10 month reign of terror.
During this time more talent was brought in. I brought in the heel tag team, New Money Inc. composed of Mike DiBiase and Bo Rotundo and the first face of the company, Tiger Mask V.
Tiger Mask V was never able to get the gold off of Arya and was soon revealed to be a heel when Tiger Mask IV debuted. Turns out Tiger Mask IV was originally supposed to get signed by TTW, but Tiger Mask V injured him and took his spot for months.
While those two are stuck in a battle that Tiger Mask IV eventually wins, DiBiase turns face and ends Arya's reign as champ. This doesn't sit well with Rotundo who stays heel and feuds with DiBiase.
Around this time Player Uno and Player Dos are brought in followed soon by Luke Robinson and Jeremiah Riggs of Tough fame and to round out the current roster is Super Hentai.
Tiger Mask IV wins an eight man tag tournament to become the company's first cruiserweight champion. Meanwhile DiBiase defends successfully in feuds against Rotundo, Tiger Mask V and Super Hentai (though Rotundo does get a short three week run as champ).
Tiger Mask IV then enters into a face versus face feud with DiBiase and becomes Heavyweight champ. As this is happening Player Uno and Player Dos feud with the Tough Enough Kids. Eventually the Tough Enough Kids win, but Luke turns heel and becomes massively over.
That is where I am at about now.
Some other thoughts/notes...
CZW went out of business a few weeks into the game. Does this ever not happen in the game? Also, out of the 32 companies that started, at least 14 have gone out of business.
Thinking of signing two new guys this month. Probably going to go with Great Sasuke (though he is wicked over priced) and Tiger Mask III (I got some ideas cooked up for that). Also, on the immediate shortlist are Super Dragon and Richie Steamboat.
TNA have made it to Global and are at war with WWE from time to time. However, WWE barely ever budges from 100 percent image on Global.
AAA and Ring of Honor are both on Global, but have low public images.
Chikara and IWA have both been doing pretty well, staying at National mostly. However Chikara did recently fall to Cult.
Chris Hero made the number one spot on the top 100 wrestlers this year despite not being signed to a written deal and having AAA be the biggest company he works for.

Hey, I know, not really the thread for this, but can someone direct me somewhere where I can find either EWR, or TEW, whichever one is the consensus better game? Just sent you a PM about EWR. Not sure about TEW as I never played it. I heard it gets way, way too specific to the point that it kills the fun of it so I've stayed away. EWR is specific enough for me! Also, some updates on my BY2G game. I am still on Regional, but managed to get 3 TV shows! The newest one is a late night show on Fridays for HDNet and is called Battlefield. The other two are Pile On on Tuesdays and Fierce on Sundays, which are on Bright House and Multimedios, respectively. Both of those shows are also on at prime time. As for storylines: Tiger Mask IV beat Mike DiBiase for the Heavyweight Title to become a duel champion. He then had successful feuds against Bo Rotundo and Player Uno. In the latter feud he would often team with newcomer Richie Steamboat (Ricky's son) against Uno and his partner Dos. Tiger Mask IV fell into a tremendous losing streak shortly thereafter. He lost the Heavyweight Title to Jeremiah Riggs due to interference from Tiger Mask V. He then feuded with Tiger Mask V for the Cruiserweight Title and eventually lost that title to Tiger Mask V. He then got into a feud with Super Dragon (who had previously joined the company entering around the midcard level). IV even jobbed a bit to Dragon, but may win the feud now that he is under the management of a debuting Traci Brooks. As for the Heavyweight Title, Jeremiah was set to feud with his old buddy Luke...when suddenly Luke checked himself into rehab for alcoholism. Jeremiah instead feuded with Bo Rotundo and won. After this Luke came back and eventually captured the title after a very extensive feud that ended in a cage match. Luke is now set to feud with Mike DiBiase who has been kicking ass in a tag team with a recently turned face Arya Daivari (the tag team is called Middle Eastern Profits). Meanwhile the Cruiserweight Title is still on Tiger Mask V who just began feuding with Jeremiah Riggs because he wanted to prove that cruiserweights can hang with heavyweights. Some other thoughts/notes... Opened up a developmental territory recently and named it Next Tier Wrestling (guess where I got that name from ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) ) Have made several more additions to my roster, but most are still in developmental. The ones that more or less made it straight to the main roster and are now signed to written contracts were Sylvan Grenier (who will eventually be teamed with Rob Conway as an incarnation of La Resistance) and Prince Nana (now tagging with Bo Rotundo as a version of the Embassy). My developmental roster is: Tiger Mask III, Antonio Thomas, Superstar Romeo, Colin Delaney, Jimmy Rave, Percy Watson (who was briefly on the main roster and feuded with Nate Webb), Rob Conway, Shark Boy, Shawn Daivari and tHURTeen. Nate Webb and Twiggy are on open contracts in my roster. I don't plan to ever sign either to written contracts, but have them show up now and then when I need someone to feud with a newcomer. I also have Titus O'Neil signed to an open contract and may sign him to team him with Percy. I still want to sign Great Sasuke and maybe even build the company around him, but will wait until I get to Cult status so I can get him for cheaper. Signed my first "big" name writer. However, it is Ed Ferrara ![:(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/sad.png) Lastly, I really want to make a tag division, but still have to build up my roster before I can have a solid division. Right now I just have 14 signed/unsakable wrestlers, who are on my active roster.

Alright, so here's some developments in my game now that the Elimination Chamber is over and March has started.
Raw -John Cena beat Kane at the Chamber and the Cena/Rock feud has resumed as normal. So far it's been nothing more than promos and videos but they're still getting in the high 90s for reactions so what the hell? -Chris Jericho won the Chamber to earn a shot at CM Punk's WWE title at Wrestlemania. I feel like I kinda dropped the ball on this one as I wanted to do more with Jericho letting Daniel Bryan win the Rumble but considering Jericho is a Non-Wrestler in the game, I can't really do a whole lot other than angles. I might keep this feud going after Wrestlemania. -Triple H fired John Laurinaitis as GM of Raw at the Chamber, despite knowing that he wasn't behind the attack that laid him out a few weeks prior. Instead, the Undertaker revealed himself as the attacker, setting the two up for Mania. -After a string of bad luck, Air Boom has broken up when Kofi Kingston turned his back on Evan Bourne and decided to join up with Jack Swagger and Dolph Ziggler. -The Miz and Alberto Del Rio have been at odds with each other as of late, starting when Del Rio announced his return at the Elimination Chamber by attacking Miz. For now, The Miz has the upper hand by attacking Ricardo Rodriguez but Del Rio has given Miz a decent losing streak. I doubt I'm going to turn either of these guys face (save for maybe Ricardo) but this is mostly build-up for Money In The Bank. -R-Truth...does stuff. He had a brief series of matches with Punk when Punk named Truth a suspect when Triple H was attacked but nevertheless, Truth has been established as a main eventer. -Kharma has been going after Beth Phoenix and her Divas title but despite winning the battles hasn't been able to win the actual belt, whether it be due to being overzealous and getting DQ'ed or interference from the clumsy (not farting) Natalya Neidhart. Layla returned to give Kharma a bit of help into really getting into a Diva's head.
Smackdown -Blaming The Big Show for losing his World title to Randy Orton at the Elimination Chamber, Daniel Bryan challenged him to one final match. Things looked to get worse for Bryan as AJ, who he broke up with on Valentine's Day, came out still on crutches. However, AJ hit Big Show between the legs with a crutch and helped Bryan get the win, revealing her dedication to him. -After winning the World title at the Chamber, Randy Orton defended the belt by finishing his program with Wade Barrett in a near 5-star match. But Daniel Bryan came out and reminded him that he is still the #1 Contender due to winning the Royal Rumble and claims to win it back at Wrestlemania. -Christian returned and asked for "one more match", getting it inside the Chamber. However, he was eliminated by Sheamus and the two have been at odds ever since, including Christian to cost Sheamus a match against an already infuriated Big Show. -Santino Marella and Yoshi Tatsu have been gelling together as a team but so have the combination of Intercontinental champ Cody Rhodes and associate Antonio Cesaro, who Cody decided to have on his side after being the closest competitor to his IC title. Epico and Primo's tag titles seem to be in jeopardy...especially since Epico should be suspended for taking crap on a radio show. I couldn't suspend him right away due to him being a title holder but they're definitely going to be dropping the belts soon. I had them set to drop them at Mania but now, I might have them lose before Mania and not even book them on the show as punishment.
NXT -The group of RUN NXT (comprised of JTG, Darren Young and Titus O'Neil) are threatening to take over NXT. New GM Matt Striker is trying to get the rest of the NXT locker room to band together to take them on, namely Derrick Bateman and Johnny Curtis. However, they refuse to between their rivalry and their issues involving Maxine and Kaitlyn (in my game Bateman didn't reunite with Maxine but is trying to hook up with Kaitlyn while Curtis and Maxine are still together). The only person other than Striker who takes the threat of RUN NXT seriously is Percy Watson, who has had his own issues with O'Neil and plans on bringing in someone to help (Spoiler - It's going to be Ezekiel Jackson from Smackdown who I'll have turn heel and join RUN NXT as well.) -Michael McGillicutty has been on his own losing streak become a laughing stock, even to the majority of rookies in NXT. But one person who has been willing to help is Ted DiBiase, who knows what it's like to be a second generation superstar and live short of expectations. But McGillicutty refuses the help...for now. -Goldust has also been somewhat of an embarrassment, wanting to prove himself in a field of younger superstars. He decided to help out Trent Barreta in his issues with Tyler Reks and Curt Hawkins but has only made things worse, to the point where Trent is disappointed in Goldust. -Meanwhile, Drew McIntyre has been on a roll since being fired from Smackdown, showing a new found intensity. -Developmental Call-ups to come to NXT include Husky Harris, Kevin Hackman and Mike Dalton. I have plans for Harris. Hackman and Dalton...not so much.

Just a few updates on my game:
*I had the Luke Robinson/Mike DiBiase feud. The angle saw mega-heel Luke Pillmanize (that move where one wrestler puts another wrestler's ankle in a chair and then stomps on it) DiBiase, which kept DiBiase out of action for some time. To put more heat on Luke he also Pillmanized Tiger Mask IV and his valet Traci Brooks. DiBiase came back too early and as a result lost to Luke in a Last Man Standing match on the Crown of Blood event after his leg gave out. The feud concluded the next night when essentially the same thing happened, but in a ladder match...while DiBiase was on top of the ladder.
*Tiger Mask IV and Traci Brooks will stay out for the end of January, all of February and a little of March (right now it is late February) to really sell the injury angle. The plan right now is for Tiger Mask IV to come back and reclaim his spot as face of the company by ending Luke's reign. My alternative is to have the feud still go on, but have Luke retain. He will then lose eventually to a debuting monster hero when I get to Cult status. Not sure if I will go this root as I don't know who would be best for the part.
*In the meantime Player Uno and Player Dos are in a storyline where they have been fed up with a lack of a tag division in the company. Because there is no proper tag division they have decided to go for the company's two singles belts. Player Uno is going after Luke and Player Dos is going after Cruiserweight Champ Tiger Mask V. Uno and Dos are both faces.
*Prince Nana has become a manager and is now sowing the seeds for what may be a full-blown Embassy stable (I haven't decided yet and am kind of against making a stable at the moment). For now he is managing a tag team consisting of heel Bo Rotundo and Super Hentai. They are feuding with Middle Eastern Profits (DiBiase and Arya Daivari). DiBiase and Rotundo have been feuding on and off since their old tag team New Money Inc. broke up, which has been for a good portion of the company's life. The twist to this storyline is that DiBiase's ankle is still hurt so he can only help his partner so much.
*Super Dragon has been given a gimmick where he tries to pick off fallen heroes. For instance if a face loses a major feud, Dragon jumps on them and tries to take their spot. However, he has yet to succeed. When he tried this most recently with Jeremiah Riggs he really bit off more than he could chew as he winded up with a broken nose at the end of the feud after taking a sick bump in an I Quit match. Luckily he is only out for a month.
*Heel Richie Steamboat is feuding with Sylvan Grenier after Grenier beat him in one match. Grenier was previously regarded as a joke, but has been getting increasingly over. Right now he is one of the top babyfaces in the company.
*Signed two tag team to 6 month deals so that I have the groundwork for a solid tag division. The teams are pretty crappy/past their prime, which is why I just gave them 6 month deals. I signed Lodi/Lenny Lane and Heidenreich/Rodney Mack. I'll probably have an 8 team tag tournament for a new pair of tag titles as soon as Uno and Dos finish up with their current feuds. This will also play into the storyline of why Uno and Dos were fed up in the first place. By the time the 6 month deals run out I should be at Cult status and will expand the division with some more credible teams.
*However, I have to be somewhat cautious. The industry is in decline and at about 40 percent. AAA has already fallen from Global to National and Maryland Championship Wrestling has fallen from National to Cult. Other companies are sure to follow.

Just bought my first company yesterday and then got to Cult status. The company I purchased was NWA Anarchy. I am putting them into a storyline right now, but am not doing an invasion angle (at least that is not currently the plan).
What I did was keep some of their roster, both bigger and smaller names. A lot of their key players left on their own though since I could not sign them to written contracts due to Japanese commitments. The two big names (well big for that company anyway) who have stayed so far are DJ Hyde and Drake Younger. I also signed six of of the rest of their roster to written contracts. The guys I signed were Kenn Doane, The Messiah, Tank Toland, Taiyo Lea, Azrael and Seth Delay.
Right after I purchased the company I brought in Joy Giovanni who for storyline purposes is my company's corporate liasion or in other words a spokesperson for the real owner of my company. She announced that my company, Top Tier Wrestling had purchased NWA Anarchy, but that NWA Anarchy would continue as a promotion rather than be absorbed. She then presented the two champs of the company, Heavyweight Champ, Azrael and TV Champ, Seth Delay. I am keeping these two belts active while the company's two other belts (tag and young lion's cup) are inactive.
Giovanni announced that NWA Anarchy will have two shows a month on Top Tier Wrestling TV. The shows are regularly scheduled to be on the Tuesday show on the first and last Tuesday of every month. NWA Anarchy wrestlers are limited strictly to these shows. Likewise, TTW talent does not appear on NWA Anarchy shows except for one match per show (typically the main event) where TTW stars take on each other rather than the NWA Anarchy talent.
So I am doing that and it has been a lot of fun. Tank Toland/Taiyo Lea are feuding with Azrael/Seth Delay while The Messiah is feuding with Kenn Doane. I am also booking DJ Hyde and Drake Younger quite strongly though I am not having them in any feuds since they could leave at any moment because of a lack of written contracts.
One problem though is that the contract for my Tuesday show is ending and I am not sure if I will be able to get another Tuesday show immediately. I do not want to extend the contract because I can get much better ratings on another network now than I can get on this networkand I already have the maximum of three shows. I will probably get around this though by just featuring the NWA Anarchy shows on my Sunday TV show.
My tentative plan for ending the storyline is to have Joy announce that because of poor audience response NWA Anarchy is being shut down. NWA Anarchy Wrestlers will then have the chance to wrestle for TTW contracts. This will eventually turn out to be hogwash and it will be revealed that Mike DiBiase paid Joy and maybe an unknown higher up to close NWA Anarchy without the real boss' permission. This will turn DiBiase (who is currently a face) into a mega heel and he will then feud with the top star of NWA Anarchy (who will probably be either The Messiah or Taiyo Lea unless I can get Younger or Hyde to written contracts).
Again that last part is tentative planning, but I am looking forward to see it play out.
