I didn't put up the hood of my rainslicker all day and I've been out for hours with it pouring down. Never understood why people panic when it starts, especially when they're minutes away from dry clothes. Next time it rains on a warm day, I'm just gonne sit and soak. Yup, big fan.

Absolutely love rain! I don't know if I'd want to live in a place where it rains all the time, but I welcome the rain whenever it happens here

I love rain and I especially love thunderstorms. I wish there was one every day. I just love rain and I don't know if it's because I'm a Pisces or what but I've always felt peace when it does rain (and storm).

Not with the amount we have been getting this year. Every month has been above normal, and by the end of this storm we're having right now, above May's average as well.
If it were to stop raining outside right now, we would have to wait until sometime in August before the rain totals go back to normal. In short: I hate it. HATE. IT.

Not like this.
This has been nearly the first day since late February where it HASN'T rained (yet) where I live.

Real story:
During my second semester studying Japan Studies when I took the train home I was down because I thought the workload was too heavy and I could not do it. When I got out, rain began to fall. And it calmed me and cheered me up. And I never looked back.

Damn, how could I forget, I adore a huge storm, with heavy rain, thunder and recordsetting lightning. To add to the topic, do you turn electricity off during lightning? I never have yet.

I think that we have had all of 4 days total that has not rained in the last 6 weeks and I know that we are lucky compared to some areas. Personally, I am over it all. I think that it would have to not rain for a few months for all the mud to dry up.

I'm fine with it when it's smooth and calm. When it gets to the point where I can't see when I'm driving with windshield wipers on full blast (and am on the Highway, so I can't pull over), then it becomes a pain in the ass!

Seriously though, I love to watch the rain whenever it's bad outside. Not a big fan of being outside during sad bad storms though.

There's nothing like lying in bed, completely ensconced in covers, listening to the rain and thunder.
The only time I disapprove is when I go for a walk at lunch and get caught in a shower. Fortunately I'm usually close enough to the building so that I get inside before things really pick up.
Or when it delays/cancels a baseball game. Other than that, rain is wonderful. Sometimes I wish I could conjure up a storm whenever I wanted so I could have something to chill out to. Nothing that would endanger people or anything, just a nice, steady pouring with thunder.

Rain is cool, thunder and lightning not so much. Especially when the later decides to rouse me out of that nice little slumber thing I had going on.
