If you could pick one person to be a suprise Royal Rumble entrant, and ONE person only, who would it be?
They don't have to win the rumble, and forget about them being retired or contract situations.

Someone like DDP, who can come out and have a good showing without actually winning the thing.
If the Rock came out and didn't win it would feel like a letdown to me, and he shouldn't be winning without stepping in the ring for seven years.

Obviously the Rock would be the choice, however, he couldn't lose. So this went from impossible to mega impossible.
Realistically, I'd pick Scotty 2 Hotty and/or Tajiri.

Since it's in Boston, I'd like to see the Duke of Dorchester, Pete Doherty, make a surprise entrance. A lot of people who have no idea who he is, but old time fans would get a major kick out of him.
