First words out of my mouth: "STEVE BLACKMAN!?"
I guess after hearing his name dropped over on NXT recently, it was the first thing that came to my mind. Then I was reminded of Rob Conway for some reason, because I recognized his face from somewhere (FCW site). I hope he gets to keep his FCW name, because Mason Ryan is actually a cool name, unlike 99% of the new guys who come up.

Exactly WHERE did CM Punk pull that Armband out of? That pocket dimension in his kickpad. Apparently has a warehouse full of 'em in there. OK, cause I looked away for a second, turned back to the show and saw punk pulling the armband out from somewhere else. |

I thought someone would debut tonight, but I thought it would be Tyler Black. Still, a nice addition to Nexus imo... and certainly better than the obvious "CENAWINS!" ending.

I say the WWE calls us up on how to properly book a faction like Nexus on Raw. These guys should be organized, ruthless, and manipulative individuals who fear nothing.

RAW wasn't very good in my opinion until Cena/Punk, which was a really good match and had a good non finish with the debut of Mason Ryan and made sense because Cena/Punk should be a main event on PPV.
I liked the Rumble hype, though it was predictable.
Also Orton/Ziggler was good, but not as good as I think it should';ve been. And didn't do as much for Ziggler as I thought it should've.

Nice of the referee to just walk out and not try to stop any of this. Well the last ref not to get out of Nexus' way got beaten up and put in a coma. |

That was FCW Heavyweight Champion Mason Ryan. I think this was brilliant to set up Punk as a genius to sacrifice himself to a new member so he can beat John Cena. It makes Punk look good to his Nexus co-horts and makes them further hate Cena for his aggression.

i enjoyed Raw alot tonight. the Morrison vs Bryan match was great! a nice back and forth match.
and the ending tonight with Mason Ryan has me very excited to see what happens next week.

Two great matches on RAW (Morrison/Bryan and Punk/Cena). Loved the debut of Mason Ryan and really hope they stretch Punk/Cena II (in this storyline) out until Mania.
Just wish they had announced Punk as the winner since he won by DQ.

That was one of the weirdest Raw's I've seen in a while. It was okay, I guess. Punk vs Cena was excellent, but there wasn't much else I liked.

Punk was extra creepy tonight and is living proof that he is the WWE's best heel right now and should be holding a major title.
Nexus should be going for other titles too to establish their dominance.
