I gotta laugh when fans claim that Sting going to WWE at this point in his career would somehow taint his legacy. Say what you want about Vince, but short of giving Sting a scatological pervert gimmick or something (admittedly unlikely in the PG era), the WWE could do NOTHING worse than some of the s*** TNA got Sting involved in recently. Hell, Sting was the slap-bang in the middle of many of WCW's very worst moments. The Robocop debacle? That goddawful Vampiro feud? Feel free to add your own. Even what should have been Sting's finest hour at Starrcade '97 was surrounded in controversy and political BS. I'm a massive Sting mark, but let's face it, his career has been covered in shovels of pure wrestlecrap. It's not far off Kane levels of awfulness. A performer of Sting's calibre doesn't deserve that. The HOF induction, the DVD, the merchandise and all the rest of it will cement his status as a legend and hopefully right the wrongs other companies have inflicted on his legacy. And I'll bet Sting knows that. Precisely. The chance for Sting vs Flair, Sting vs Vader, Sting and Luger vs The Steiners and his many other classics on a DVD would be the best way to have his career highlighted. And if WWE were ever to release a 'Wrestlecrap' series, they could have an entire 3 disc set on the unending, futile attempts to turn one of the biggest babyfaces in history, heel.

If he does sign, then who would Induct him into the HOF? The obvious choice would be Flair but that seems out of the question. Should they get or current superstar inspired by Sting? or what about HBK? since they seem to have become friends through their shared faith.

I read on another website where HHH and HBK did an interveiw for WM in ATL. With HHH saying if its up to him Goldberg will not be in the HOF. HBK said he come back for one match only, Wrestlemania aganst Sting. I would put the website I seen it on but I do not know if the mods allow that.

I really hope it happens. As a longtime Sting fan, he deserves a nice sendoff and to have at least one "Wrestlemania moment" in his career, even if it's just him coming out and saying something to the fans.
But, I have to say this is a really weak article. "But with WrestleMania in WCW's previous home of Atlanta this year, it is thought McMahon wants Sting to be a part of the show and inducted into the Hall of Fame. " It is thought? By whom? I suppose it's a reasonable thing to speculate, but I'm not getting my hopes up until we hear something concrete.
