Like despite who was the face and who was the heel such as with Hulk Hogan and Bobby Heenan.

There was like a month long period in spring 1999 when Rock and HHH were in the Corporation together (though they never really interacted). Other than that, they've always seemed to despise each other, regardless of who was heel/face.
Jericho and HHH even when teaming as heels in 2003 on occasion didn't seem to get along much either.
HHH and Orton have been on the same tag team only once since Randy was kicked out of Evolution 6 and a half years ago.
This seems to happen a lot with Triple H. Guy's made a lot of enemies.

Austin/Rock
They had a few friendly moments but they were always at each others throats

Up until last month, I never thought I would see Orton and Cena shake hands. That was such a weird, surreal moment.

Roddy Piper ALWAYS hated Hogan. Then why did Piper (along with Savage) save Hogan from the Undertaker? Seriously though, the "surrealness" started for me by seeing Hogan & Piper being friendly at the WrestleMania III press conference. "But they're mortal enemies!?!?" And, as an announcer, Face Piper was definitely pro-Hogan.

Chavo/Hornswoggle. When Chavo saved Hornswoggle, it sure was surreal.

Austin and Bret. Aside from the HOF induction, can't remember them having a friendly interaction.

Steve Austin and the Undertaker Jim Ross & Paul Heyman Chris Jericho & The Rock (They would double-team Steph in 2001, but other that, it was mostly animosity.)

That's what made Stephanie sexy back then, being double-teamed all the time.

Rock and HHH. Even when they were very briefly on the same team in the Corporation they weren't shown to be getting along and Rock turned face shortly after.

Well, Cena and Edge did team together back in 2002, though that doesn't really count since that not only predated their feud, but also that Cena was still an up-and-comer, who was still wearing trunks then.
But regarding the topic, Trish Stratus and Lita. Sure, they teamed a little bit in 2003, but they mostly feuded.

Cena and Kurt Angle. Even when they were both faces in early 2004, Cena was still dissing Kurt
