I agree actually, I'm not McCool's #1 fan but the longer time has gone on the more the old criticism of her only being still around due to Taker looks misguided. If she could sharpen up her mic skills further and maybe eat a damn cheeseburger or two she'd be just right I think Kong will want to retain her look, and really I don't think there's much of a better look for a her so fingers crossed WWE doesn't meddle with that.

Which explains them almost always going out of there way to due XXX is fat angles, which btw are never the blonde ones. Other then Molly Holly, Mickie James and Vickie Guerrero (who's not a wrestler), who have they done this angle with in the last 10 years? Usually anyone involved with Laycool ( yes I'm aware it's there shtick ) I'd like to add McBones steamrolling over everyone does not equal her being one of the best, She has wooden performances in and out of the ring, subpar wrestling ( It's the divas so I suppose this does'nt matter much ) and her deader then dead reaction, The crowd hardly boo her it's just collective indifference, rob conway levels. Look I would love for kong to come in and give the division a sorely needed boost, But I know WWE all to well, I ask you when in the last 15 years have they pushed a XXlarge woman? Last one I can remember was Bull Nakano.

TheLegalDiva @awesomekong We did it Baby! Congrats to you on signing with the WWE!!
Kong just retweeted that. That's the first actual confirmation (from either Kong or WWE) about this, right?

LayCool was getting MASSIVE heat over the last six months to a year, and I'm not even talking about the piped in bullshit on Smackdown.

You realize that LayCool is the team of Layla and Michelle McCool, right? Because it sounds like you're talking about a completely different duo of the same name than most of us are. Michelle McCool has never been able to get a solid response from the crowd, no matter how hard she's pushed. This is also why they pitted every single woman who could get a reaction back in 2009 against her and had them lose their feuds handily. Michelle gets more mic time than all other divas combined, not including Layla. And is still not over. After about two and a half years of being booked as the top wrestler in her division. No no no, I won't start talking about how Michelle is anorexic-thin these days, when she's not, or that she doesn't know how to wrestle, which she most certainly does. But she isn't over with the audience and this has been consistent for years.

The audience didn't respond. When she walked down to the ring for her match with Beth and Natalya at TLC, the audience once again greeted her coldly (and by "cold" I mean "frigid and devoid of life"). Does she receive Conway-levels of silence? No, not always these days. But it's barely above that. For someone who's been so consistently pushed and regularly been allowed to talk, she should be drawing astounding levels of heat. And she's not. As for Kong, my three main questions are (1) How long before she goes to the developmental, (2) How long before she debuts on TV, and (3) What show does she start out on? I'd like to see how those three questions answer themselves. And they probably all will within the next 2-3 months.

No diva not named Vickie gets a decent reaction from the crowd.
Much like with undercard wrestlers who dont have a past from the Attitude era, the crowd has simply been trained not to care due to the treatment recieved. When given a mic and speaking to the crowd, Michelle can draw heat for herself, but entrance reactions are rare for any diva, and frankly, most people not upper mid card or higher.

Anyway, as far as your Kong questions McCool has impressed the hell out of me over the last year or so. I wonder where Kong go's now that she's signed. Will she have to go down to FCW for a while first? When she debuts, will it be on Raw, Smackdown, or maybe her first appearance will be at a PPV. I hope she ends up on Raw though. Seems to make the most sense, as Raw has the larger viewing audience. Not to mention I rarely catch Smackdown anymore. We agree on those. I'll be really interested to see how long she stays in developmental, if at all. Something tells me she may not even have to go down to Florida, instead debuting directly on Smackdown or preferably Raw. I'd really like to see her in a program with Beth at WM.

Yea, you really are watching an imaginary TV. ...it's basically impossible to argue this because despite the fact everyone has the same evidence available, our conclusions which we view as objective are miles apart. I'm not really sure how that works on either side of things. Back to the Kong discussion. Yeah, it's very hard to say when she's actually going to show up. I mean, they might not have anything mapped out for her yet. They may have an angle in mind but need to clear the playing field by tying up storylines and feuds. I'd also like to see who the first victim of her debut is supposed to be.

(1) Recent signees usually report to FCW with 1-2 months of the signing, unless they have independent booking obligations to take care of like Seth Rollins and Sonia. (2) I wouldn't say too long. She might spend a couple months in developmental but they might want to strike while the iron's hot and inject her into the LayCool/Beth-Nattie feud soon enough. (3) Both shows seem logical. Smackdown has the better women's division and the divas get more time on Smackdown, so that'll fit her in nicely. Or she could go to Raw, where she would be an unstoppable monster over all the lesser divas. Or if NXT is still around she can be a rookie on the show. It all depends on how they would like to book her.
