Yep, it's the first match. Yet more proof they don't trust Morrison.

I could see some sort of clusterf*** that forces the match to be restarted later in the night.

I could see some sort of clusterf*** that forces the match to be restarted later in the night. I was thinking along similar lines. Morrison wins the title to open the show. Later, Cole reads a FAKE Email from the GM saying that Miz gets a re-match with no DQ to close the show. Next week we find out about the fake Email. Cole is suspended from the broadcast booth, and formerly becomes Miz' cheerleader, oops I mean manager.

Yep, it's the first match. Yet more proof they don't trust Morrison. I still find it ludicrous that he isn't getting his title match at the Royal Rumble PPV. That's the perfect PPV to try out a fresh WWE Title Match, because the Rumble match itself will ensure plenty of buyrates on it's own, regardless of who is wrestling for the title earlier in the night.

Should be a good RAW tonight. Especially with the WWE Championship match beginning the show.
As much as I hate Morrison, there is a chance he could win in the beginning, with Lawler costing him the belt. Than latter that night, Miz has a rematch where he win's it back with Cole's help.
Or, The Miz beats Morrison. Cleanly. Which I hope is the direction their going with.
Also inserested to see what they do about the Cena injury. I understand they announce it on WWE.com, but maybe they have him get beat down backstage and he's "severily injured," or something along those lines. Than he returns at the Royal Rumble to much the surprise of CM Punk and Nexus.
Maybe we see a Triple H comeback promo?
It's the first RAW of 2011. I'm saying it now, anything's possible.
This year should be great.

I'm thinking something or other screws things up and Miz squeaks out with a win, but a rematch occurs later in the show. King screws Miz over, Morrison celebrates to end the show, then Miz wins the belt back at the Rumble.

Hopefully Raw is better than that "football" game I watched last night.

I have no idea why they didnt save the match for the Rumble. God forbid we get something new. Maybe Orton will get a match against Miz at the Rumble, and then he and Cena can MAIN EVENT WRESTLEMANIA!!!1111

I'm split on this. On one hand, I'm curious to see Morrison / Miz and whatever happens with Punk; on the other, I'm really f***ing tired and the only interest I have whatsoever in Raw tonight is in case anything big happens.

I'm giving them 1 shot to save the Nexus. If they're just going to be Punk's backup instead of Barrett's then I give up.

No matter what it can't possibly be as bad as last week? Right? Right? Hold me. I was just thinking that it couldn't get much worse that last weeks show...but then I started reading The Death of WCW and realized it could get A LOT worse.

If Barrett's not on tonight, I'm going to be rather upset.

My question is this: Will CM Punk come out to his old music, or will he come out to Nexus' theme.

I really hope the Morrison/Miz match is given time, and (as unlikely as it may be) a conclusive finish. Allow both guys time to shine, and move on from there. {Spoiler}Hope they don't do something foolish like having them brawl throughout the entire show.
