Way too predictable. Both in Orton winning and Punk screwing Barrett over.
On the plus side, Orton won't be in the Rumble. Downside, HE'S GOT YET ANOTHER FREAKING PPV TITLE MATCH THAT WAS PERFECTLY FINE BELONGING TO MORRISON FFFFFFFFF

Well the opening WWE Title match was awesome and the main event Cage match was really good. The rest of the show however SUCKED!....well the Punk/Barrett segment was good lol

Orton's new theme next week according to Cole: If Orton starts randomly ambushing rookies and whacks them in the ass with a paddle, I'd like him 10x more.

Predictable but good first and last match, but a lot of weirdness in between. Hardly feels like the Rumble's around the corner.

My only real gripe is no Daniel Bryan.

They went nuts.

On another note, Punk usurping Barrett through screwing him over in the cage match was too predictable.

I can never decide between Cena and Orton as my least-faves. This week didn't help.
I'm hoping the Barrett-Punk feud (or what looks like it'll be a feud) doesn't just fizzle out. Predictable feud, yes, but I think it could be interesting.
And not a fan of Bryan's, but I thought it was weird that he wasn't on this week.

I don't really mind Orton/Miz in a traditional bout at the PPV. It seems inevitable that he overcomes him and wins back the strap at some point.

Really good episode, but they really need somebody other than Orton. I got just the man for the job! {Spoiler}

I know it's pretty much beating a dead horse by this point, but Cole's announcing towards the end of the main event might drive me to drink tonight...especially the end to the show. We get it Cole, he's going to that place where he hears voices. I wish Vince would stop telling him to say that. I think we can figure out when the Viper is about to strike...we don't need it spelled out for us every week.
I kinda was hoping for a heel vs heel match at the Rumble to mix it up, but I kinda figured it wouldn't happen. We should at least get some Punk/ Barrett shenanigans in the Rumble match and the return of some King of Kings to eliminate Sheamus.

They went nuts. It's the Royal freaking Rumble. It's the Rumble itself that sells the tickets, not the 3 or 4 match ups before it. When Hardcore Holly has had a World Title Match at the Rumble, I find it hard to justify why Morrison wouldn't be fine there.
