Mine was Velocity. When it was on, I would always tune into it mostly because I didn't get Smackdown at the time. There was always pretty good matches on there.

I liked Heat because it was where all the lower card guys had their own show. You got to see great technical matchups and tryouts for people in development. Whenever the tag champs or some kind of midcarder was on they were treated like gods.

Velocity. Just because of all the London vs. Akio matches they had. Also there was that one really awesome Benoit vs. Regal match that one time.

Heat, especially during the days when they were airing from WWF New York.

on one hand Velocity was the show where a lot of the cruiserweights were allowed to do whatever tthey wanted...
on the other Heat used to be THE secondary show for WWE...
hmm...
Heat just because it had tenure.

Velocity. Just because of all the London vs. Akio matches they had. Also there was that one really awesome Benoit vs. Regal match that one time. That sums it up perfectly, well almost as I also liked Josh Matthews on commentary.

I miss Sunday Night Heat before ppvs. This is what I was going to post. Especially when they had plot development. The one before Fully Loaded in 1999 when Taker and Austin both made the other bleed being a perfect example.

Heat. If anything because it was a good preview show for PPVs.

I miss having totally irrelevent shows at 2am. Closest we have is Superstars, and it just doesn't capture the same sense of pointlessness.
EDIT: Well, I guess there's AM Raw, but that's really not at all close outside of timeslot.
