The Shining Wizard is usually a finisher I give to created wrestlers, so Punk doing it would be pretty cool. He actually used this as an alternate finisher to the Anaconda Vise near the end of his run in ROH. With everyone saying he should use Welcome to Chicago, the problem is that he couldn't pull it off on larger opponents, which is the reason the GTS argument got started in the first place. On top of that, he's been using the move as a near-fall move in WWE since he started with the company. People have been seen kicking out of it for years. Honestly, if he needs a different finisher that doesn't require top babyfaces to tap out (eliminating the Anaconda Vise), I have to agree with those who've mentioned the Pepsi Twist. It's quick, he can hit it on anyone, and it's perfectly safe for WWE's style of wrestling.

I like the Pepsi Twist. I also don't see John Cena jobbing to a clothesline.

I've seen him use a sick-looking Michinoku Driver to an opponent coming off the ropes. I want to say it was "ROH Weekend of Thunder Night 1", Punk vs. Austin Aries. It would be a great "out-of-nowhere" type of finisher. Or, if anything, it would be a great set-up for the Anaconda Vise.

Have him use AmDrag's MMA Elbows. A finisher that always results in ref stoppage would be a nice change in WWE.

How about a good ol'-fashioned kick to the nuts? He can call it the Pepsi Punt!

Did Punk even use the GTS pre-WWE? Never Didn't they just basically give him half of KENTA's moveset at first? i'm sure i've seen him utilise the KENTA rush before as well.

They're all abit difficult to pull off, if he could simplify the Devil lock it would be perfect.

I just watched a Rick Steiner match (no I don't know why) and saw him his his bulldog finish on The Giant. I think that would be a perfect new finish for Punk.

I remember DBD pulling out this move that was basically a butterfly suplex into an armbar. That'd be pretty neat. Although maybe a bit dangerous give how the other worker has his arms tied up.
