For those of you who watch TNA, what grade would you give them for 2010?

D-. Tag division was decent to great all year but, too many horrid storylines, too much Hogan, too much Bischoff and, too many people I like leaving left it lacking a lot.

D. Needs a ton of improvement. Seems to me that the only thing they consistently delivered on was the tag team division.

F.
Let's see. They failed on Monday Nights, their ratings have for the most part been incredibly stagnant of late, they refused to give somebody a chance to turn the company around because they dared to suggest that they fire the current incompetent staff even though it's clear that what they are doing right now isn't working, their latest project was canceled, they knowingly made a man facing drug charges their World Champion, the whole Bubba the Love Sponge fiasco...
Yes, there have been positives as well, but not nearly enough to justify giving TNA a passing grade.

D. The tag division is basically the one big thing they had going for them, with huge matches with Beer Money/MCMG and Gen Me/MCMG.

Here, lemme grade certain aspects;
Main Event Roster: D-
TNA really needs to stop taking AJ Styles out of the main event spot. The man is clearly their star player. Putting RVD (blech) and Jeff Hardy (blechhhh) in his place was not all too wise either.
Tag Division: B+
The tag division is TNA's bread and butter right now, and if they were smart, they'd learn what makes it so strong and apply it to other aspects of the card. The Guns may very well be the MVP tag team of the year.
X-Division: F
I had to go look up who the X Division champion was. I cannot remember the last time I was legitimately excited for an X-Division championship match. Jay Lethal vs. Robbie E does not an exciting feud make.
KO Division: F
I think I know Daffney, Mickie James, and Sarita, and then the rest are all in the Beautiful People. I know that's not really the truth, but that's how it stands out to me right now. Also, stop telling me Velvet Sky is hot. It is a blatant lie.
Announcing: F
I wanted to give this one a lower grade, like...Z or something, but that grade doesn't actually exsist, so F will have to do. Mike Tenay is the worst announcer in pro wrestling today. I wouldn't even mind Tazz if he had someone better to play off of, but Tenay is just excruciating.
Overall grade: D-
And that's me being nice as far as I'm concerned. TNA had better step up their game...and by that I mean "stop being awful."

As an educator (I'm an associate university professor in addition to being a junior terrorism analyst), I'll give them a C+. Only because while I feel the company has performed overall extremely poorly in 2010 I do not want to outright fail the company (with either a D or an F) because there have been some bright spots such as the in ring product & the Tag Division.

C-
With the new regime, some things got better. Other things got worse. Kinda canceled itself out. In the end, no real advancement in TNA's quality so here are we...a slightly below average grade.
BTW, I gave WWE a B-. Which is weird cause I generally prefer TNA's insanity to WWE's blandness but this was a good-ish year for them. Their best in forever.

Like others have said, D just for the tag division and Sarita. Everything else is just a disaster, especially the way they treat talent(Taylor Wilde, Roxxi, Kong) and giving the drug addict Jeff Hardy the world belt. I think with the last ppv they had showed signs of improvement but Main eventer Matt Morgan won't help much.

C- With the new regime, some things got better. Other things got worse. Kinda canceled itself out. In the end, no real advancement in TNA's quality so here are we...a slightly below average grade. So a C- is like 70-72% Same grade I gave. Less Jeremy Borash was a good thing; something about him just bugs me. His annoying voice makes him sound more like a field reporter working the pits at Talledega. (I know it's pretty much a Southern-based company but even we have our limits.) The tag division is alright, at least they have one worth discussing. But 5 teams being better than 2 is debatable, especially when two of them are Ink Inc. (Hey Shannon, "DILLIGAF" is how I view your matches these days) and Generation Hardy. They let go of Hamada, Roxxi, Alissa Flash, Taylor Wilde, ODB & Kong - you know, the ones who made the Knockouts Division watchable. I like Madison, kinda like taking Victoria's psycho WWE character to a new level. Tara & Mickie are good. Angelina & Winter should be...interesting. (Any Katie Lea on my TV is alright by me.) They needs to sandbag this shore before it gets washed away, pronto.

Not to outright disagree or deny you your opinion, but I would LOVE to hear an elaboration on this grade.

F, they killed the Knockouts division, brought in the Nasty Boys and Bubba th eLong Sponge to kiss Hogan's ass, they got rid of the 6 sided ring
the X division is pretty much dead and immortal makes no damn sense

A-
I've greatly enjoyed TNA this year, particularly anything Hogan-related. My only complaint is that there hasn't been enough Sting or Nash to suit my tastes.

F
Sure the tag team division has been good with MCMG and Beer Money as the focus, and a few select talents like Doug Williams are being used well, but that's pretty much akin to scoring 45% on a test. That's still a horrid F.
