I'm sad that promo got no sold. I'm ridiculously proud of it. We're desensitized to Daffney's antics. And yet, we keep voting for her. Torture, fine. What gets me is the part where Daffney LICKS UP TAYLOR'S TEARS! Even I wondered what I was thinking when I came up with that.

*Miguel Cesaro makes his way down to the ring, going through his usual pre-match ritual of bowing at the ring before entering. Cesaro grabs the mic as crowd members begin to boo.*
Ladies and Gentlemen, another week. Another chance to appreciate the beauty of music, real music.
However, even the beautiful sounds of Andrea Bocelli and Sarah Brightman are not enough to lift my spirits at the moment. For I stand before you without a title belt, without recognition of being the best. By standing here without the X-Division Title, I have failed each and every one of you. I can't be a champion that you can look up to, that can inspire you to be better, because Brian Kendrick holds the belt that should be mine. I say this not out of arrogance, but of confidence. Had there not been an unfortunate error, I would be your champion right now, and I would gladly be your role model.
But tonight, Mr. Filipino himself, the Asian Sensation, has a match with Jesse Sorenson. Someone they call "The Can't Miss Kid". He comes to us tonight represented by Eric Bischoff after weeks of trying to get his name known in this company. And while I wish to take nothing away from Sorenson, I will ask this burning question: Can Jesse Sorenson do this alone? Can he stand before an opponent without back-up, without someone managing him, and still put on one of the best performances of his match? I know for a fact that I can, and I've proved it for quite some time. I, the Philippines Greatest Export, can go toe-to-toe with any opponent in this division, and I do it solo. I've gotten advice from some, including the Motor City Machine Guns. But ultimately, they aren't competing in this match, I am. It's me who steps into this ring every night prepared to give my all in the match.
I say this not as a knock on young Sorenson, but to give him a little clarity. Why do you need a manager? "The Can't Miss Kid" name was earned, or at least should have been, and if the nickname is true, then you should be more than able to defeat me solo. You were, after all, one of the favorites to win going by public perception. And now, in what will no doubt be an indication of who will go after the X-Division Title next, you seek to defeat me and stake your claim as the next challenger to Brian Kendrick. But in order to do that, you have to defeat me. And that's not something I will allow to happen.
Sorenson, this is more than a match that I step into. It is an art, a symphony waiting to be finished. You and I are going to leave nothing back in our quest to stake claim as the next challenger, and that passion and energy will make this symphony a beautiful event to witness. We have it within ourselves to truly give the fans a show, to allow them to see something truly beautiful. And when it is my hand raised in triumph, this beautiful symphony will have not been in vain. Rather, it will serve as a reminder than the X-Division is what built this company back in 2002, and it still continues to be a prominent fixture in TNA Wrestling today. So do not weep for your eventual loss Jesse, but take solace in the fact that you are a part of something greater than yourself.
JB: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from Manila in the Philippines, weighing 170 pounds, Miguel Cesaro!
JB: His opponent, accompanied by Eric Bischoff, from Katy, Texas, weighing 200 pounds, Jesse “The Jet” Sorensen!
Tenay: Well these two men, along with Austin Aries, will compete next week to see who will face Brian Kendrick for the X Division title at Turning Point. West: Well I keep telling you. Austin Aries is the next champion.

Sorensen counters the Bible Black from Cesaro into a neckbreaker. Sorensen goes up top for a corkscrew moonsault but Cesaro moves. But Sorensen lands on his feet and catches Cesaro as he turns around into the Jet Power!

3!
JB: Here is your winner, Jesse “The Jet” Sorensen!
As Sorensen celebrates, he’s attacked from behind by Austin Aries! Aries knocks him to the mat and locks on the Horns of Aries! Sorensen yells in pain until security pulls him off.
Tenay: What the hell was that? West: Aries is sending a message, Mike. A message that he will soon be champion.

The TNA fans watching at home are shocked- Team 3D is the ring, with live microphones. This comes to them as shocking, because it's been so long since they have spoken to the fans- but the love from the fans has never left- they hoot and holler for Brother Ray and Brother Devon, who are full of smiles, ready to entertain in the good old wacky Team 3D fashion. Brother Ray is the first to speak, quieting the fans down first, so they can hear him talk:
You know, people always say that the bigger they are, the harder they fall. Unfortunately, this has been the case for the both of us.
The crowd boos, as Brother Devon's smile turns into a frown, as he sadly nods in agreement.
But it wasn't always that way- we were considered to be, if not THE, greatest tag team of all time. We were future hall of famers, and legends for sure. But when we retired from the sport, we felt like we were missing something: We felt empty inside. As if we had this big hole in our hearts. All of the greats know this feeling: That want, that desire, to have one last run on top. You have this feeling that your going to run out of gas, and you want to snatch up one last quick recognition, before you come to a complete stop. Every wrestling great knows what I'm talking about. You also get the feeling that the fans will miss you: That your nothing without your fans. And for you to leave them just like that, it's almost unfair to them. It sounds strange, but it happens. We felt like we could do this till the day we died- so by popular demand, we were back!
The crowd cheers louder, as Brother Devon again nods, this time in approval.
Of course, it wasn't easy. We lived in the lockeroom for a while, we played a WEIRD freaking game of strip poker, we dressed like clowns, guido's, and we referenced Michael Jackson in commentary and wrestling promos all of the time. And let's not forget our problems with drugs and alcohol. But that never stopped us. We added another tag team title reign to our legacy. And for two solid months, we were back on top of the mountain.
But soon enough, just like Brother Devon, his jolly smile turned right into a big fat frown.
But then, we were double booked on a PPV. To face The Jacksons one on one, then take on Beer Money in Ultimate X. We beat The Jacksons, but thanks to Ric Flair and a beer bottle, we lost. But we had no worries. No problems. We figured, "Hey, we'll just win the rematch." And we got that rematch. And we lost that one too. And ever since.... I don't know what's happened.
Team 3D bow their heads, looking very upset at the upcoming sentences.
It's all been downhill. We went from champs to chumps, just like that. And on our average day, we aren't even on TV anymore. I just have to question, have to wonder... is this it? is this a sign, that we should.... retire for good?
The crowd gasps in shock, and a HUGE "Please don't go" chant builds up, the whole arena stunned that Brother Ray would even consider it.
I know, I know. Thank you, thank you. But let's stop and think for a second: If we keep going on, will we be remembered for what we've done now, or in the past? Is it really worth continuing? Should we really follow the yellow brick road again, only to told by "The Wizard of Oz" to come back tomorrow? After we killed the Wicked Witch? After we proved that we are deserving of a brain? A heart? Some courage? A home? Do you all get what I'm saying?
The crowd starts to buzz, as they understand Brother Ray's meanings.
Me and Devon have a lot of thinking to do, but we'll ultimately let you be the decision. And think hard, don't just want because of love. Want because of need. Do we need TNA anymore? Does TNA need us anymore? I don't know. That's for you to decide. But I promise you right now, that we respect either of your decisions. And whether we go out with a bang or stay with all of you, I promise: We want one more chance. One more shot. Just one last time. With gold.
The crowd is dead silent, as Brother Ray's words turn soft and sad like.
... Thank you.
Brother Ray drops his mic, slowly walking to the back. Brother Devon goes to say something, but he drops his microphone too. He follows his longtime partner to the back, both looking back at the ring, before going to the back.

Sting, D'Angelo Dinero, and Vince Russo make their way to the ring, receiving a very mixed reaction from the crowd. Sting takes the microphone.
Before you all turn your backs on me, I want you to hear me out.
At Bound For Glory, a vision was realized. At Bound For Glory, I walked out of Philadelphia with the TNA World Championship. But I could not have done it alone. Brother Dinero, talk to the people.
It is indeed a glorious day. And I can only thank these two men. For when I said that I had changed, that I had seen the light, none of you believed me. Noe of you listened to me. But these two men, the listened. They believed. For they had gone through the exact same thing that I had. And they understood. And they embraced me. I owed them a debt of gratitude. And I repaid that debt at Bound For Glory. It has not been an easy round. And I have made a mistep or two along the way. But at the end, the journey was worth it.
Dinero passes the microphone back to Sting.
Brother Dinero, you are very welcome, but I can't take all the credit. Ladies and gentlemen, it's time to hear from the man who made this all possible!
Mr. Russo, the floor is yours.
Sting hands the microphone to Russo, then he and Dinero both take a knee.
Thank you brothers.
Ladies and gentlemen, it is the dawning of a new day!
For too long, this company has been run down by corruption. Overtaken by men who are only out for themselves. Men like Mick Foley, Eric Bischoff, and now Jeff Jarrett. Every one of those men allowed their own needs and wants to take precedence over the good of the company!
They allowed men like AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, even Brutus Magnus, to run this company with an iron fist. At one point, Brother Dinero even fell victim to this corporate anarchy!
Oh yes. It was just over a year ago that Eric Bischoff held me in esteem as his world champion. He and his Chosen tried to take over TNA and put me at the top. ANd I am sorry to say that I allowed it to happen. But I make no excuses. The man you saw then is not the man I am now. I have seen the light and I know that way is not the correct path. I was motivated out of pure greed and selfishness but no more. That is why I step aside. Instead I have embraced a true champion in Sting. A true visionary in Vince Russo. These men are the path and this is the way. Join us and be free.
For we are more than just a wrestling stable. We are a way of life.
Stinger, Brother Dinero, we are The Revelation! And we shall not rest until TNA has been purged of all the elements that made it the cesspool of corruption it is today!
This is an open invitation to any wrestler currently under contract to TNA. You can be saved! Join us and see the light! We can show you the way, brothers and sisters!
Because we are the way!
We are the light!
And we are going to save this company from itself. No matter the cost.
Sting's music begins playing as The Revelation stand in the ring.
JB: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, accompanied by Vince Russo, at a combined weight of 475 pounds, D’Angelo Dinero and the NEW TNA World Heavyweight Champion Sting, The Revelation!
JB: Their opponents, first, from Battle Creek Michigan, weighing 237 pounds, Rob Van Dam!
JB: And his opponent, from Green Bay, Wisconsin, weighing 243 pounds, Mr Anderson!
Tenay: Anderson and RVD team together knowing that next week they will face eachother for a world title shot. West: Well that’s next week. Hopfully they can work together tonight or Sting and Dinero will pick them off like that. Tenay: Indeed the newly named Revelation are on the same page and their ranks could grow. You heard what Russo said. He made an offer to the entire roster to join them.

(Gus' vote was on the time limit)
Anderson hits Dinero with a Green Bay Plunge then tags RVD. Van Dam goes up for the Five Star Frogsplash but Russo pushes him off the top rope. Anderson goes to nail Russo with a right hand but Russo drops down out of harms way. Sting nails Anderson from behind, sending him both over the top rope. Russo passes Dinero Sting’s bat but Van Dam kicks it out if his hand. Sting then attacks Van Dam and they start brawling. Earl Hebner has no choice to throw the match out.
JB: Ladies and gentlemen, the referee has declared this match a no contest.
Sting and RVD continue to fight until Anderson come back in. Anderson goes after Sting but he’s cut off by Dinero. Anderson turns the momentum and sets up for the Mic Check but Russo sneaks in and low blows Anderson. Sting is then able to take over on RVD and set up for the Scorpion Deathdrop. But the Samoa Joe comes charging down to the ring.
Tenay: Here comes Joe! West: Oh it’s on now!
The Revelation quickly exit the ring before Joe can do anything. Anderson and RVD get their feet and Anderson, RVD and Joe stand tall in the ring staring down The Revelation as the show goes off the air.

I'm sad that all three of my promos go no-sold.
I mean, I could understand Magnus getting the shaft. But I put in work on Cesaro and Taylor's part.
Bleh. Next week I'm going balls to the wall.
