The fact that Mister Terrific's gonna have his own book still boggles my mind. I guess that'll satisfy the fan of his.

well, maybe JSA fans. People said the same thing about Power Girl's book when it was announced too. I bet it lasts longer than Batwing does.

I thought that was that Search for Swamp Thing miniseries they're debuting this month and I want Teen Titans actually announced so we can see the lineup as I bet that's where a lot of the characters we're asking about (Tim Drake, Conner Kent) will end up

More news coming out is that apparently the Wildstorm universe will be collapsed into the mainstream DC universe.
So Gen13 might get a character or two from normal DC thrown in......

Didn't "Knight and Squire", which is pretty much the same concept, just British, bomb as well?

Knight and Squire bombed because Cornell decided to make the book so English, that even most English people didn't get it.
He took every stereotypical piece of language and comedy about Brits, and through it into one book for laughs, then got annoyed when it flopped.
Mate, you write for the US market, you can't over do it with the Britishness, did you learn nothing from MI:13

Interested in Batwing and the Red Hood ongoing, I'm a little iffy on Red Hood being a anti-hero but can see it following him finding his own form of redemption or him going full on nuts. Either outcome would be good with me.
EDIT- Whoops, thinking of the wrong series. Yeah Knight & Squire flopped because it was badly done, not because of the concept.

Althought I think I've never read a comic book before, I'm kind of glad I don't. Cross-overs, where I need to buy like five books per month just to know what the Hell's going on and random reboots just makes me confused and poor.

I figured out how this whole DC Reboot thing will end with them putting out announcements each day that piss off geeks more and more. The last announced book will be "U MAD? #1" will Dan DiDio drawn as Trollface on the cover..........

Funny as it sounds, I'd get back alot of respect for him after his slightly homophobic slurs in the past because it would just be so damn funny. Like, really, really, funny.

So of the 52 new titles 14 are Bat-family or Bat-related
Batman Detective Comics Batman & Robin Batman: The Dark Knight Catwoman Batwoman Batgirl Nightwing Justice League Justice league International Red Hood & The Outsiders Batwing Birds of Prey Teen Titans (no way Damian or Tim Drake won't be in this) & Batman, Inc - coming in 2012 (which would make 15 if it were in September)

I want to see Midnighter in the regular DC universe.

More news coming out is that apparently the Wildstorm universe will be collapsed into the mainstream DC universe. So Gen13 might get a character or two from normal DC thrown in...... why...? that doesn't even work. the whole point of the Wildstorm Universe was that it had a completely different angle on superheroes than Marvel and DC did. teams like The Authority or Planetary don't fit at all.
