Whether or not you still like to see Benoit on your tv is up to you. However, it shocks me that someone wouldn't want a dvd chock full of the luchadors, Dean Malenko, Chris Jericho, and the nWo beating people down just because Benoit isn't on it. |

I was one of the biggest Benoit marks back in the day, with his mullet and the way he said sullivan...all the way to his WHC win. but on that day he erased his greatness. Sorry but its the truth.
annnnnyhow. this set will be amazing no matter what. It will be my first DVD purchase in years. I honestly cant wait. That era of wrestling was so fun.

So put him on the dvd and those who will never want to view his matches again can skip them, just like they can on pre-2007 releases and those that want to watch them can watch them. I think from the pr perspective the rational of WWE being connected to the murders by proxy had ended and Benoit has started to appear on some more recent releases. But enough about that. The two sides on Benoit will never see eye to eye and it's pointless to keep talking about it. Either way this dvd could be awesome and it's one I'm going to pick up. |

And so much for that.
WWE DVD News is reporting that the Season format for Best of Nitro has been scrapped in favor of just the best of Nitro.
Hopefully sales are strong enough to encourage WWE to give the season sets another chance.

Well so long as it is the BEST of Nitro as opposed to a hatchet piece to try to convince newer/ish fans that it was never better than Raw.
