I wouldn't mind seeing Dean Malenko go in this year. I don't think Malenko did enough in his WWE career to be in the HoF. This needs to be said, once every few pages every year in the HOF of thread. The HOF is just for the wrestlers. There's no criteria, no secret vote, no physical building for anyone to see. It's a night for the wrestlers, that WWE lets the fans in on, so they can be honored by their peers. It's for people in good standing with the WWE. Like it or not, Vince owns American wrestling, by and large. If he doesn't honor these people no one will. Ever. I am fine with anyone getting in, though I do tend to rally against too many dead wrestlers getting in, just for the sake of being dead, but, at the end of the day, I don't really care. It's not about me.

It's just a night to honor memorable talents, whether they were a huge draw or just a beloved jobber.

Here are my choices of the most deserving of being inducted into the celebrity wing. -Mr. T -Cyndi Lauper -Mike Tyson -Donald Trump -Lawrence Taylor -Floyd Mayweather
You could make a case for Rick Derringer as well, but I can't see this is as a real possibility. Andy Kaufman could go in for his feud with Jerry Lawler, his "Inter-Gender Champion" shtick he did on SNL and in his act, and for "My Breakfast with Blassie." The only reason I didn't include him above is because he was not involved with WWE. Also, I think WWE inducts celebrities because they want them to be at WrestleMania and appear in person, not simply to honor them for their contributions.

Prowrestling.NET Jason Powell
The WWE Hall of Fame ceremony is scheduled to air on Monday April 4 in the hour leading up to Raw beginning at 7:00 p.m. CT. The network is slated to have a four-hour block with the Hall of Fame ceremony, Raw, and the debut of the new version of Tough Enough airing that night. [Thanks to Devin Cutting of ProwrestlingEvents.tk.]
Powell's POV: This is bad news for fans who enjoy watching the one-hour version of the ceremony the night before WrestleMania. However, it's a wise move by USA Network, as they are likely to do a better rating by airing the show on Monday night. The Hall of Fame ceremony takes place on April 2.

USA would surely like that better. WWE might like the opportunity to have more time to edit the show instead of getting it all ready within hours and minutes or it airing. However, the Hall of Fame airing on the night before Mania did give WWE a chance to try to make some last minutes pushes for PPV buys.

I still have bad memories of Ric Flair being told to "wrap up" his HOF speech because the producers were rushing to get the edit done on time. Let the old-timers drunkenly ramble on and clean it up later in the editing.

It's a great move - while we lose out on that last bit of nostalgia before WrestleMania, at least the live audience get a full show with full speeches this time.

Is Double A in the Hall yet? Because if not, this might be a good year to put him in with it being in ATL and all

Is Double A in the Hall yet? Because if not, this might be a good year to put him in with it being in ATL and all He has not been inducted and he mostly likely will be inducted this year. The only thing that could possibly delay his induction further is if WWE does not want to induct him without Flair being there. You can always get Tully to induct Arn, but you have to admit it just won't be the same if Flair is not there.

Celebrities that SHOULD be inducted: William Shatner (inducted by King) Mr T (inducted by Roddy Piper) Cyndi Lauper Motorhead (inducted Triple H) Andy Kaufman (of course inducted by Jerry Lawler) actual wrestler who should be: Kevin Nash (inducted by The Undertaker) Sting (inducted by......whoever is on good terms with WWE and knew Sting) Randy Savage (inducted by Stephanie McMahon MEGALULZ) The Rock (inducted by Vince McMahon) I would have Stone Cold induct Rock instead of Vince.

I am really sick of waiting for another inductee. I mean don't they usually announce them a lot sooner... it seems like they dropped the HBK bomb and they don't even know what they are doing with the rest.
I have tickets this year... i am anxious to see who else is gonns be there

They usually announce one of the big ones right around the Rumble, then they do the rest in the weeks after Elimination Chamber, all the way up to Mania.

Scott Hall could induct him. As long as it was the first induction of the evening, before the complimentary drinks are out in force.... Have Nash go in with Hall inducting him and then have someone induct Jake Roberts. Hall and Roberts could cause quite a scene.

Once Elimination Chamber is passed than you will see the inductees revealed.

Yeah, the trend nowadays seems to be announce the main event inductee on the Raw before the tickets for the HOF go on sale and then wait until Elimination Chamber to reveal the rest of the class.

For some reason, the Fabulous Freebirds are not in the HOF. Since the Von Erichs went in a couple years back, why not the residents of Badstreet?
