As well as the Can-Am Connection. The fact that Zenk and Martel couldn't get along was a shame.

I'm still pissed the WWE never gave the belts to Cryme Tyme. I mean WWE at the time(and still today) desperately needed tag teams and the one team they had that was over, they job them out. Never made a drop of sense to me.

I'll agree with The Killer Bees. They were my favorite team growing up, but they never really seemed to go anywhere.
I'll also pick a team that went nowhere at all: Shogun. Hakushi was an amazing wrestler, and I always felt that Kwang was underrated. Pairing them up seemed like a stroke of brilliance, as Kwang would be elevated by Hakushi's popularity. The two manager aspect (Shinja and Harvey Wippleman) could also have been interesting. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a one-time deal that ended with an argument and a match between the two the following week. Instead of recognizing them as a team that could really help out in their pathetic tag team division, the WWF turned Kwang into Savio Vega the following month and then buried Hakushi by turning him face and teaming him with Barry Horowitz.

Power and Glory. Great name, great finisher.
I'd say Jindrak and O'Haire too if only they had some charisma.

Power and Glory. Great name, great finisher. Yeah I like Power and Glory a lot. Your finisher comment reminds me though of the underrated team that never reached their potential

I totally don't remember this, but I think I would've liked this team as well. About when was this, Summerslam 95-ish?

The Rougeau Brothers should've held the belts at least once. I didn't appreciate them so much when I was young, but after watching the Royal Rumble and Summerslam compilations, I realized that, year after year, the Rougeaus were putting on the best match of the show.

I don't think The Smoking Gunns reached their potential because there was only like two or three other teams in the WWF at the time. I think it was just them, The Godwins(maybe), and Yoko and Owen Hart.

when i saw the thread title i thought i could of picked about 15 teams that never reached their potential. But seeing Lo Down in this thread, changed my mind and i pick them as the most underated and underused team ever. they were on fire until they got paired with Tiger Ali, and then they jobbed out to Drew Carey and proceeded to go to Metal/Jakked for a few weeks.

To be fair, a team that has that much clever satire, which would take children a hard time to get, they did pretty well... They weren't going to be tag team champions because only older fans could really get that gimmick.
