As far as in-ring skill, moveset, and how they utilize their moveset, who is really bad in the ring?

I actually don't think Brodus Clay is that bad. He isn't Boogeyman bad, but certain not Luke Gallows good. Over time, he could improve.

Great Khali and Mason Ryan just look awful (Khali for being ridiculously sluggish/slow, and Ryan for being greener than pigeon shit).

Otunga.
Khali is at least huge, so his moves look like they might hurt. And Ryan's a walking pile of muscles, so a limited moveset that looks devastating is fine.
Otunga has like 3 moves: punch, kick, and the World's Worst Spinebuster.

If you ask me, Khali gets a pass; he's a big guy, he doesn't need a large moveset. All he needs is to make people believe he can do damage with the moves he can do, and he does that fairly well. I'd honestly say Mason Ryan. Sucks in the ring, sucks on the mic, and for a man his size, he isn't intimidating at all. A failure on all counts. Even arguably bad wrestlers either have a good look, like Zeke, or look good, like Kelly Kelly. Mason has nothing going for him, and I don't know why Management is so high on this guy.

Strictly from a technical standpoint: Khali. I know it's not his fault and he's not there to work 30 minute epics, but the guy can barely jog.

Otunga easily. They still don't trust him in the ring for more than 2 or 3 minutes.

Otunga. It's been over a year and they still don't trust him in singles matches.

Mason Ryan. I've seen more moves out of Otunga than I have this guy.

Otunga. It's been over a year and they still don't trust him in singles matches. What about that match he had with Edge on Smackdown? It was over ten minutes...and it SUCKED

I don't get the hate for Mason Ryan. The guy looks a little lost in the ring at times but he at least doesn't seem to botch at all. He hit the sitdown powerbomb a few weeks ago pretty good wheras for years Batista's looked awkward.
For me the worst on the roster has to be Alicia, Kelly Kelly and Otunga. I'm shocked Alicia hasn't seriously injured someone yet, Kelly Kelly hasn't improved at all in all the years she's being with the company (When Snooki hits one of your signature moves better you know you've got problems) and the WWE just don't seem to trust Otunga in the ring at all. I remember on NXT in every match he seemed close to injuring someone.

Otunga, easily. As has been stated repeatedly in this very thread, WWE brass doesn't even trust him to singles matches yet. Yet he's a two time tag-team champ. This is the same guy that came close to winning NXT, over Slater and Gabriel, mind you! Not to mention, for all the jokes I make about Mason, not only is he trying to improve, but this is a guy who admitted he wasn't ready to be called up to the big show. I feel like I have to commend that kind of honesty, specifically in a business where the rookies are the ones who are the highest up on themselves.
Also, gotta throw Rosa Mendes in; she's been with the company, what, three years? 3+ years, and she's wrestled maybe four matches on television. If this was anyone else, and they didn't suffer a career-ending injury that was just kept well hidden, I'm pretty sure they'd be sent out on the horse they rode in on. Considering these are the same people that put Kaitlyn and K2 on national television, this has to be a case of even WWE brass has it's standards.
On somewhat of a different note, I feel I gotta defend Alicia Fox here; I mean, seriously, putting her in with Otunga and K2? I keep hearing "I'm shocked Alicia hasn't seriously injured someone yet" and "One day, she's gonna seriously injure someone"; yeah well, she's been doing that move for at least a year now. And I doubt the chick who used to dance with DJ Gabriel has a helluva whole lotta clout backstage, let alone enough to get away with doing a "career-killing maneuver", as it seems to be touted. Billy Kidman didn't go a whole year without botching HIS finisher, the Shooting Star Press (hell, he concussed Chavo Guerrero, didn't he?), and I don't hear him being referred to as "teh wers wrestler evar!!1!one". Mind you, that's the only move people refer to her as botching. Nearly everyone else listed here has botched at least two or three moves (and I don't even think Otunga knows three moves).
