Maybe he'll come back as Bikertaker with his own stable, the Disciples of the Apocalypse 2.0.
Or he got grooming tips from his younger brother.

I actually really like it. Sure, it's not reminiscent of his usual gimmick, but I think it could work well for what he is: the old dog that still has plenty of fight left in him.
I'd definitely be up for seeing something along the lines "grandpa Taker" coming back under his real name, and announcing his retirement. A big ceremony is held with the entire roster showing their respect, except for ONE loud-mouth heel (Miz, Swagger, etc.) that just has to remark that "Mark Calloway" can't go anymore, prompting him to call-off his retirement. The two feud, and the heel wins rather easily, forcing Calloway and the announcers to question whether he can still go. Another feud or two, and Calloway comes out on the losing end, again as well. (Either that, or he can just "stay retired" for a while.) Around January or February, you begin to have a heel mention Calloway again, Calloway reappears as "The Undertaker" with the traditional look, boom, "WrestleMania" main-event.
