I dont think its definite, but there are rumours about Beth and Punk. They seem to travel together, in the last 9 months or so she has begun tweeting with Colt Cabana, Punks mom and a couple of others that Punk knows. Plus they were sat together at the HOF. Doesnt prove anything though. People know who Punk's mom is on Twitter? No offense, but that's vaguely creepy.
