Smackdown is live from Witchita, Kansas, filled with plenty of Raw and Smackdown confrontations.
CM Punk will face off against The Great Khali. With another giant in Kevin Nash in Punk's mind, as well as his NOC opponent in Triple H, will the Voice of the Voiceless take his anger out on Khali?
WWE Champ Alberto Del Rio will face Sin Cara. Will the aristocratic champ continue his success and put a stop to the Mexican sensation?
John Cena will face former rival Wade Barrett. With the tumultuous past between these two, what brawl will these 2 have?
And for the World Heavyweight Championship, Randy Orton will defend his title against Christian inside a steel cage. And waiting in the wings is #1 contender Mark Henry, who promises to administer pain to whoever wins.
All this, and live Bookerisms, tonight on Smackdown.

I'm kinda excited for this show, but whatever Bryan does, he better win. I don't care if it's a match, or monopoly. He just better win dammit.

Doing Barrett / Cena seems like a mistake. Cena will obviously win, but if they're trying to build Barrett up as a major threat again it makes no sense to feed him to Cena.

Looks like a good card except Punk vs Khali. Why not Punk vs Barrett? Punk vs Rhodes? Punk vs Bryan?

Going by Barrett's promo last week about facing tougher competition, I don't think Barrett's gonna job to Cena. If anything, I expect a solid 10-15 min match between the two.

That did f***-all for him. Swagger has had close matches with Cena. He remains in Lower-Midcard Hell.

He's not a main eventer, but you can tell how he's booked that he's being handled with care.

It's the announce teams fault for not emphasizing how close Dolph was to beating Orton and how he is on the cusp of being a top guy in the company.

They built him up the whole time.

This will not be a good week for Christian.
You know, i'm a huge supporter of ending the brand split, but not if this is how they would book their shows. Cena & Orton have no business wrestling on both shows, because they have nothing to gain while guys like Barrett & Christian are hurt.
The ratings for Raw will probably be the norm, but I am interested to see how Smackdown does.
