Greatest wedding of all time in my book. CM Punk's expression on his face made it as well, JBL running to the Ho Train, Jeff being his weird self, the wave, Patterson and Brisco, Hornswoggle attacking Coach (one of the only moments I have been amused by Hornswoggle antics), Teddy selling the heart attack, Vince etc. Incredible segment that doesnt count as 'so bad it was good' because it was that great to begin with.
Whoever wrote that deserves an infinity amount of Emmy Awards!

We've made it two pages and no one mentioned that this wedding was responsible for the WWF/E debut of DOOM? For shame, I always mark for Butch Reed.

I'm so glad many others thought that segment was great. It was definitely the 'entertainment' of sports entertainment done right.

Holy crap, I have never heard about or seen any of this, it sounds like a bad wrestling dream after watching a Fresh Prince marathon.

Didn't that lead to Vickie as Smackdown GM, but the original plan was supposed to be Kristal who caused the heart attack somehow creating a Vickie/Kristal alliance or something ridiculous like that? lol IIRC, the original plan was to have Kristal Marshall seduce Teddy Long, while she was having an affair with Edge on the side. Thing is, Kristal found it "too demeaning" or something. WWE ended up firing her over that, and, in turn, Lashley quit and left with her. Now, of course, we ended up getting Vickie Guerrero as Interim General Manager, but even that was just to lead us back to the same storyline with Vickie in the role of T-Lo, Edge in the role of Kristal, and then-wedding planner Alicia Fox in the role of, well, Edge. That, of course, apart from I guess a Edge/Taker match at HIAC, goes nowhere.
