Preview for the event: www.rohwrestling.com/news/best-in-the-world-2011-preview/Didn't see an actual topic for this show. This will be my first ROH PPV (ordering it online). I used to watch the TV show on HDNet, but stopped watching as I wasn't a fan of the direction the product was taking compared to what I had been reading about/seeing clips of for years. Hopefully this is more to my liking, as I'm looking to get into the product before it re-debuts on television.

Looks like a great show.
While I won't be watching live, I'm really interested in what outcome we'll see in the main event.

Not a great start to the day for ROH - Roderick Strong failed to win the GHC Jr. Heavyweight Title from Kotaro Suzuki.

Stoked for the show. Gonna be fending off friends with threats of social gatherings to watch it live, hopefully it pans out.

I just ordered it and if you go to the feed you'll see guys in and around the ring talking and going over stuff.

I haven't watched ROH in awhile, so this is me coming back to it. I'm really interested in the show here, as well, I ordered it. A couple of things interest me.
The Main Event obviously. I think Eddie was a good choice for Champion, someone who was put over strong on tv for awhile, but also someone who was very surprising. And it does seem like a good angle as everyone was thinking Davey was gonna be the top guy, then his tag team partner comes from behind and swipes it.
The whole angle with Steve Corino, I'm not sure all the details of him becoming a babyface, but the idea of him bringing in rehabbed heels, guys who have done some horrible things over the years finally "seeing the light" as it's been mentioned before in regards to heels turning babyface. I'm interested to see where that goes.
I've always liked Rhino, and the guy I think still has a lot of juice left in him to be a strong member of any roster. TNA I feel uses a lot of former WWE/WCW/ECW guys, sometimes to their detriment, but ROH does it so little that when they do bring in a former WWE/WCW/ECW/TNA guy, it means something, and the guy is there to essentially prove himself, and I think the War Machine can do that against Homicide. I also hope they bring back Jerry Lynn since he's back from his injury that he had last year. They can't bring in too many guys, as they should also be looking at fresh new talent, but there are some established talent who can still go.
Speaking of fresh new talent, I'm interested in seeing Mike Bennett, Michael Elgin and Tomasso Ciampa. Elgin I remember from watching some other indies, and I know he's big around the Ontario indy scene. Tomasso, I maybe wrong, but didn't he have a WWE developmental contract a few years ago. And Mike Bennett, I just remember some of the vingettes on him being a Prodigy. And they face off against Colt Cabana, the returning Jay Lethal and Steve Corino, so as far as undercards go, that's a pretty stacked one.
Then the tag team 4 way. Is it Elimination rules or sudden death? I'm guessing that will be the show stealer for tonight. Anyway, I'm really excited to get back into ROH.
