Terry Taylor was fired on 5/20 as head of talent relations in TNA. Taylor, 55, was believed to have been let go due to allegations made against him in a lawsuit filed by a former talent. It is not necessarily the Shannon Spruill (Daffney) suit, although his name was implicated in that suit of stalling when she tried to get the company to pay her hospital bills before the company ended up not paying them, and also being pressured to perform after suffering a concussion. Bruce Prichard will take over the duties. There are reports the job of negotiating contracts will be taken over by Dean Broadhead, the company’s CFO.
Dave Meltzer in the observer.
Started a new thread, because it's a serious subject and does not need a bunch of farm-related jokes. Although they are funny.

It's the only thing I can think of.
People were speculating who the women was, and, just by elimination various women (who came back for Madison's challenge thus meaning they were on good terms), the guess was Lacey von Erich. She had a ton of problems with mangement when she first started TNA and has kept a low profile since she left.
Chelsea, Taylor and Hamada are also possibilities, but Lacey seems more likely.

I wonder if the allegations about him running fake gutchecks was a factor too.
Considering how loyal Dixie is to people in management, it would probably take a lot to get someone fired. But somehow Taylor managed it.

Man, what a cock-up this whole mess turned out to be... Well at least Terry Taylor can always look back to the time he used to rule the roost in TNA.

Could be, but why take years to do it? didnt Daffneys lawyer said he was reaching out to other wrestlers who had issues with tNA so they can put together a major case against them? What better than people from long time ago that have been forgotten by management so they wount have anymore loyalty (like Roxxi). .

So this has nothing to do with him running those TNA challenges on the side without permission? I forget the actual name but the supposed tryouts.

I think Daffney's worker's comp and the sexual harrassment thing are totally different issues. I mean, the harrassment stuff is a federal issue, for one thing. It's not the lawyers would be working together. I don't believe they're linked.

Yeah I guess. I just remember reading a few short articles regarding the matter a few weeks back. That alone seemed grounds for dismissal.

I'm kinda lost here. what's the story with the fake gutchecks? Vito claimed he was in on an scam with Tom Brandy where they held fake tna tryouts and got people to pay a small fortune. Taylor got involved to bring some credbility, and pocketed some of the cash.
