They never treated Daffney well as far as pushes but her getting injured and suing them is a bit much. Imagine if Raven would sued people everytime he got injured in a match.

Dave Meltzer on the f4w when people claimed Daffney sued because she was angry they stopped using her: That's what I thought. I highly doubt she's suing over the bump she took at Bound For Glory. It was a planned spot and she only missed like a month I think. She was healthy enough to compete in a Shimmer taping 3 or 4 weeks later. On the other hand, after the Rosie thing she goes from being used prominantly, she was coming off a fued with Tara over the Knockout title remember, to not being booked for months. She even went on record the the concussion she got in that match wasn't as bad as the one she got from the barbed wire board bump so let's dismiss that thought right now. Damnit, few years back went to BFG and she got the biggest pop of the night after going through a barbed wire table. The lady was willing to do anything for that damn company.
Yeah, I say it now, I really hope that company goes out of business. Yes its a terrible thought, but they have no idea what they're doing.

If I were Vince McMahon and if I were at all interested in embarrassing TNA, I'd sign Daffney and Alissa Flash and Roxxi and some of the other Knockouts that TNA mistreated after the post-Wrestlemania releases to Divas contracts and turn them into superstars. Daffney expecially. She has a unique look, is super hot and can really go. |
