Jason always seems to win.

So...Jason "slower than molassus in the dead of winter" Vorhees, vs. Spider-I can dodge hails of laser fire with ease-man? This isn't even a fight. Spidey is stronger, faster, more agile, smarter, has more gadgets and the like, and is just all around better than Jason in every possible way. About the only thing Vorhees has is endurance (as in, never gets tired) but that isn't going to help at all.

True. But Jason is pretty much indestructable. Spidey can still get tired and Jason is freakishly strong as well. I think he'd have a good chance. Especially if the fight took place in a populated area. Spidey would play hero, whereas Jason would just kill, kill, kill.

As in fighting each other? Wouldn't Jason just do his normal teleporting and appear behind Spidey with a machete, thus decapitating him, and thus sending his headless carcass into Crystal Lake? ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) But seriously, Spider-Man would win as he could easily avoid Jason.

Morlun is basically Jason with crazy superpowers, and Spidey put him down.Heck Carnage too. Spidey has fought psycho killers before, and all of them more potent than Jason. I will even spot Jason to have Freddy on his side and Pete still shellacks them both.

I still don't get the end at part 8 where he got washed away. That was silly. If he can be beaten by that, he can get beaten by not just Spiderman, but by Green Goblin, Doc Oct, Carnage and Venom. He didn't even kill anyone else in New York City with his sight set on the two teens from Crystal Lake, he kicks a boombox and just shows his face to scare away some low life punks.

Ultimately, Spider Man can only defeat Jason, if we apply the whole possessing bodies deal. That said, Spidey can just wrap him up in webbing to the point where Jason can't move. He could drop a building, hurl a car, smash him with any sort of object not weighing over 10 tons or so. Spider Man was able to stop the Juggernaut; he shouldn't have too much problem against Jason. Jason's too slow, not as strong, and Spider Man has a danger sense. If a regular human was almost able to punch Jason off a building, a person that can kill with a single punch should be able to do much better.

Spider-man has beaten the Juggernaut. Jason's not gonna be an issue.

Well it comes down to, what can Jason possibly bring to the table that Spidey hasn't overcome to the nth degree?
The level of power levels vs. the level of competition they've faced are just so outta whack Jason has no shot. He's an unstoppable force against teenagers; and he'll probably rise again, but he's fighting a guy who can literally anticipate his ever slow maneuver and counter punch with superstrength.
There's literally not an offensive move Jason could mount here.

Wow! I'm shocked at how underrated Jason is here! He's just not a threat to Spidey. Jason only has his strength and an assortment of regular, everyday weapons to kill people. He's slow, so it's unlikely that he could ever hit Spider Man; he could never sneak attack Spider Man due to his Spider Sense. Spider Man's used to fighting people of his own strength or greater like Venom, Dr. Octopus, and the Lizard, so Jason's strength shouldn't be an issue. Hand to hand, Spider Man should be able to out fight him; in terms of weapons, Jason has a machete that would never hit Spider Man and various makeshift weapons. Jason might be able to kill a teen with a hammer or a leather strap or some other contraption but he won't have a chance to do so against someone stronger and faster than he is. If it got really bad, Spidey can just do things like drop a car on Jason, hurl him off buildings, bind him in incredibly tough webbing, use science to trap him. The one thing Jason could do is possess him.

Doe's Spidey spidersense work against supernatural elements? I haven't read a Spidey comic in ages Yup. The only things that it hasn't worked on in the past are the alien symbiotes- care of the original bonding when he wore it as his own costume, or artificial means ala Green Goblin hitting him with some gas that can nullify his senses. Supernatural means like a spell to deaden his senses would probably work, but clearly there's not gonna be anything going on with that here.

Spider-Man for all the reasons mentioned above.
As good as Jason is at killing teenagers he does become rather limited when facing more powerful foes, I mean Freddy owned him in the dream world and was easily holding his own in the real world, so Spidey should have no trouble.

Jason's best chance would be getting blown up and having Aunt Mae eat his heart. Then Jason can possess Spider-Man in his sleep. I'd still take Spidey though.

Spider-Man is a guy who defeated Fire-Lord, a herald of friggin' Galactus, as well as the Juggernaut, so I'd think the hockey-mask wearing killer is short work for Spidey.
