I stopped watching months ago, therefore I offer an "Incomplete."
Oh, and I miss Rellik. That is all.

F......even though I havent watched the show since 2010, I have seen ppv results and read show results and I was just flabbergasted by just how bad things were. And there you have it. "I haven't watched in 12+ months, but that won't stop me to say the show sucks... from what i've read". I should do the same, when I'm asked to review a tv show for the website that pays me : "I haven't watched since last season, but from the recaps i've read, this season sucks, and thus I highly recommand against watching it". That would go over well with my boss, methinks.

It makes sense though. If you were driven away from a show, it deserves an F. It "Failed" to keep you as a fan.

You mean if I hated How I Met your Mother season 4 (random example), it makes sense to say that season 6 sucks too, without watching it, just judging from recaps ? Huh... no.

If you hated it enough that you swore off the show for good, then yes, you can chalk the show up as a failure.

I gave it an D, the only thing that kept it from being an F was the matches, most of the bad drove me away from TNA

If you stop watching a show because of it's quality, then yes, it does deserve an F. There are people who honestly think TNA was god-awful this year and stopped watching. Just like there are people who honestly think WWE was great this year. As long they aren't being assholes about it and trying to claim that other people's opinions are wrong, I don't see the problem.

If you stop watching a show because of it's quality, then yes, it does deserve an F. That's not the point. The point is : if the show was so horrible in 2010 that you've stopped watching back then, then by all means, an F it is.... for 2010. To then say the product is horrible in 2011 because it was in 2010 (but since you haven't watched in 2011, you can only base your judgement on online results) is at best, lazy, at worst, trollish. IMO. "Once a failure, always a failure" makes no sense, as far as i'm concerned. Once again, my brain doesn't work in such absolutes, and I much prefer mysterydriver's stance on this : "i've stopped watching a while ago, so I won't give a grade."

I gave it an A- because I didn't enjoy the world title scene earlier in the year. I enjoyed everything else, and Impact is the only wrestling show I actually watch every week without skipping through parts. Also, Mickie James in shorts!

Okay yes, giving the year a bad score over a previous year isn't very fair, but only one person of note said he did that. For others like me, we were driven away the very same year that we're scoring. And yes, it flat-out doesn't deserve anything more than a F if the show caused us to stop watching. I don't see how you can even argue that. You like TNA, that's fine. We don't.

Honest question, how does the show "get you back" if you don't watch?

Honest question, how does the show "get you back" if you don't watch? Spoiler & website reports I guess. However there is a major flaw in this reasoning as, sadly, many of those writing such articles are heavily biased against the promotion.

F. They stopped doing what they actually did well, there was a lack of truly great matches, and the main event scene was awful until 2 months ago, when it rose to the lower rims of mediocrity. Yes, Roode's good, but in true TNA fashion they do a big heel turn and have no opponent for the guy. Back to Jeff Hardy? He was the centerpiece of the aforementioned terrible main event scene earlier in the year. Status quo is slowly coming back, but with less of the great wrestling we used to get.

D-
For any high points that they had such as heel Bobby Roode or Bully Ray, they would have just as much if not more bad. Immortal were still everywhere until about halfway through the year and TNA Management seemed intent on making Garret Bischoff a superstar.
Not to mention too much Crimson who has no charisma and lacks the in-ring ability to compensate for said lack of charisma.

A-
The good far outweighs the bad. Just like when I could bear to watch the mind numbingly dull WWE, I always considered the parts of shows I didn't like as tax for all the stuff I did.

C for me. Filled with as many high points as low points. A marked improvement upon 2010. It would've gotten a B+ at the very least if the rest of the year had been as good as BFG-now.

However there is a major flaw in this reasoning as, sadly, many of those writing such articles are heavily biased against the promotion. I try to ignore all the bias comments and just read the results as they are. Honestly, I almost thought about coming back, but then the whole knockouts car wash moment stopped that. Also the whole Jesse Neal situation pissed me off.
