Boiler, at this point, I think the Sara/Viva promo should be inserted into the show, and posted as an exclusive. It's pretty important that people see that.

I'll third that it was a good show, but I do agree with Jesse King that Blood and Richlen should've run down a lot sooner. Would it be possible to have a standing request that Blood does a run-in whenever certain characters are in trouble, if circumstances permit and he isn't out of the building or hasn't gotten injured earlier in the night or anything? My fault on that - I wrote the match. It was slightly rushed as I worked a lot over the weekend. I felt that Richlen and Blood should interfere, but confess I wasn't sure exactly when, so thought it best to leave it until after the match. I get your point though.

I don't know that that's the absolute best idea. How about this? If there are matches involving stable mates, we just have writers run it by each other in the forum. Like, "Before I get started writing this match, blah blah blah, anybody have some ideas." I think just assuming Blood would run in during any fight with the equalizers is silly, and could be come attitude era-ish. Also, The Equalizers sort of prize themselves on being a compilation of lone wolves, so for them to constantly come out and aid each other comes off as a little bit hokey and anti-face.

Smokey, you're still in the Lord of the Ring tournament, in the semi-finals. Congrats!

Also, The Equalizers sort of prize themselves on being a compilation of lone wolves, so for them to constantly come out and aid each other comes off as a little bit hokey and anti-face. I disagree; look at what happened to Aaron when he didn't have anybody watching his back. And what about that time when all of Viva Inc. dogpiled on Jono and none of the Equalizers did anything except stand around backstage like idiots? There's being a face and then there's being stupid. And because of the conversation Connor and Ryan Blood were having in the promo thread, it seems logical for the Equalizers to have each other's backs from here on. As for the "Before I get started writing this match, blah blah blah, anybody have some ideas" thing, I'll tell you my concern. Let's go back to the feud between the Steampunks and Evil M & ViVA, and say that you had a match with Jono. Evil M might've written the writer of the match, saying that he wanted to do a run-in and nail Jono when the ref wasn't looking. Under those circumstances it would make sense, with BRB being Jono's tag partner and friend, for him to haul ass down to the ring as soon as he saw what was happening and start brawling with Evil M. There are three ways for that to happen: 1. BRB has a standing request that he gets involved any time his partner's in trouble and he can help; 2. The match writer just assumes that BRB is going to do that and writes him into the match without asking BRB about it first; 3. BRB specifically asks that he runs down to help Jono in that two on one situation. You don't like #1, but #2 involves having a wrestler do something without first consulting the person controlling that wrestler, and #3 can't happen if BRB doesn't know about Evil M's run-in beforehand. EDIT: I'll volunteer to write my match btw.

I'll take the TV Title match.
And as for run-ins, I will say this: When Blood, BRB, Shaelin, and I helped Michaels crash M's wedding to Sara Nakatomi, I did it with a storyline injured shoulder and my right arm in a sling. I would have had no problem being sent in this past NR in spite of the fact that I'm an emotional time bomb.

Even moreso now, with ViVA telling him that he's all talk and no action.

Here's what I'll do: I have revised the show to have the promo in it now. I will also post the two parts of the promo in the Promo thread itself.
As for matches, that's
King of WrestleCrap Semi-Final Match The Smokin' Vokoun versus Ryan Blood - Mister Socko's Brother
TV Title Match Doctor Demento versus Gus Richlen versus El Hombre de Jazz - Gus Richlen
Non-Title Match The Great Warrior versus Jonathan Michaels - BoilerRoomBrawler
King of Wrestlecrap Semi-Final Match Connor MacKenzie versus Whitey Fats - Connor Mackenzie
This shall be the order that the matches shall be edited together, so write accordingly. I plan to make a rough draft of a set of writing standards and guidelines soon, by the way.

In that regard, you can still write around it, because you could show up just a second too late, etc. I'm fine with it after your explanation. Makes a lot more sense to me now.

Okay, cool. We have writers for every official match. Get cracking everyone - a match caneasily be written without knowing the finish - you just leave that part out until you know or else write alternate endings.
