The old LJN wrestlers had a cool ring... But wasn't there accesories also? I thought I remember seeing somewhere that they sold like the ringside barricades? Am I making this up in my head?

No barricades, but the classic blue steel cage was released.

I had Mean Gene, but he had a mic and was doing kind of an "I don't know" pose as opposed to Bret Hart pose like shown

I wanna say they had stairs also. One side of the ring has stairs on the apron sticker. I used to pretend they were real stairs.

I know the WWF fanclub had tapes, but this looks like it was made specifically to go with something put out by LJN-whether it was with a ring, a wrestler or what I don't know.

The blue cage was so rigid, when we put it on one of our rings, it busted the ringpost right off. Yes, I said "rings" as in more than one. First one, I broke a ringpost stepping over it and catching a foot on it. The second one, the blue cage incident. The third one, King Kong Bundy bouncing off of the top turnbuckle cracked the middle. By then, LJN pulled the rings from shelves because "children could become impaled on the posts". No kidding.

Iron Sheik would be my weapon of choice because of his shape-he's like a hammer!

WCW Toymakers had a sound module for their ring as well. I'm not sure the Hasbro sound ring was release in the states. Remco and Hasbro had the best rings out of the companies. AWA's was to scale and had the cloth canvas. Hasbros could have the wrestlers stand on the outside for tag matches. Toymakers and Galoob were tiny compared to the wrestlers. The scale was pathetic. LJN was to scale but the ring posts were to far out and wrestlers couldn't do tag matches.

Ugh, LJN made actual toys too? I know they made some awful video games.

Yup: They produced so much nostalgia for some people Jakks released several LJN style figures in their Classic Superstars lines:
