I'd love to see Cody take it, even though I know it's not his time right now.

The rumble really made clear to me what role Santino should play. He's this era's Mankind in terms of silliness and overness.
I say let Santino pull a Mankind to Bryan's Rock and have him totally fluke his way to a victory.
Then as many others have said Bryan then should murder him on Smackdown or Raw to get the title back and get boatloads of heat to carry on towards Mania.

But Santino isn't even 1/10th as talented or over as Foley was at the height of his career. Santino should forever be strictly mid-card comedy fodder. He's basically the modern day version of the Bushwackers or Koko B. Ware. Santino winning would just be a big joke and make WWE look like an even bigger joke than it already is with things like the Ryder/Cena/Eve love triangle and Kane's "embrace the hate" angle going on.

I think Putting Santino in the Elimination Chamber match is the equivalent of putting Jerry Lawler against Miz last year. Instead of building up Daniel Bryan's credibility as a champion, they decide to throw someone at him who has no chance at winning.

Although I'm not a big fan of swerves as of late,Santino winning would be the weirdest thing in the world,in a good way. Then he can lose the title on SmackDown or something.
But despite that,I don't want anything to get on Bryan's path,he should win.

I'm loving the hell out of Bryans current reign and want him to go all the way to 'Mania, but I'd be lying if I said some small part of me isn't rooting for Santino.

Voted for Santino but would love a Cody Rhodes victory. As long as Big Show doesn't win I'm happy.

Final 2 - Daniel Bryan and Santino. Daniel Bryan eliminates whoever is third to last, while Santino is down on the outside part. Thinks he's won. Argues briefly with the referee who points out Santino is still there. Santino gets back in the ring, Daniel Bryan laughs him off. Toys with him for a bit with Santino sneaking out a few near falls.
Then Daniel Bryan snaps into serious mode, and beats the everloving piss out of Santino for the win. Needs to be pried off of Santino.

I think Putting Santino in the Elimination Chamber match is the equivalent of putting Jerry Lawler against Miz last year. Instead of building up Daniel Bryan's credibility as a champion, they decide to throw someone at him who has no chance at winning. It's not really comparable. If things had worked out the way WWE wanted then Orton and Henry would have been in there instead of Santino and probably Khali. Looking at it that way, knocking off Wade Barrett, Cody Rhodes, Big Show, Mark Henry and Randy Orton isn't a bad nights work for D-Bry. And yeah, I believe 100% that Bryan would have won regardless of who was in there.

I think Santino has the ability to be quite a talented in ring performer if they allowed him to show it... And the whole 'embrace the hate' angle is quite good imo.
