If this doesn't become what I think it may, I'm going to be very upset. I was thinking nigh-cartoonish foppish villainy. I'm also thinking of another theme though.....that one's a secret. That was kinda what I was thinking, like a physical manifestation of the ol' devil on the shoulder. He'd be an awesome character for a face to be involved in a feud with.

Well considering the "logic" for his turn, the idea of him being an anti-conscience would work.

Square was supposed to win that match, but he changed his mind I guess I lost the vote by 2 points. Also' I'm really sorry for my match, it was terrible.a No, I put in my voting that Square was to win via heel tactics. Can't really build up to a gimmick match when the face wins, especially the one we were building too.

Personally, BRB, I'd give M the briefcase back. He never really got a chance to cash in on the casket since Enigma was never in it to begin with and you cannot cash in on air.

I'm not bothered about it one way or another, to be honest. I can see BRB's point about how I wouldn't have even been in the match if not for the case, so it's not really a big deal.

Good show, everyone. I especially enjoyed the FAW Title Match, but I think my favorite part of the show was Jonathan Michaels's rant about cartoons.

BTW, Coventry will likely have something to say in the promo thread, but he'll be absent from NiteRaw after getting bashed.

Maybe the fate of Evil M's title shot can be put up for a vote? I can go either way to be honest, and it was a little vague.
Also, what does everyone think of me preceding every match with the show name, show theme, and match writer?

I vote let M keep his title shot, I dont remember him ever putting himself in the match with his briefcase.

I say he keeps the shot.

I say allow him to keep his shot as well. Also, I liked the preface for the matches. I had noticed it as I was reading and thought it was a nice touch.

While only a technical few responded, it looks like Evil M will keep that MitB title sour.
Also, I'm glad that people like that touch I added - I think I'll continue that from now on. Maybe I'll create a template so that match writers can insert it themselves.

What would everyone think if championship match draws result in scheduled rematches? Draws always had this "limbo" quality to me, in that the champ doesn't entirely beat his opponent but he doesn't entirely lose it either. Perhaps it is a privilege off a champion to retain with no strings attached? I prefer that that apply with DQ and Count Out personally, while I think a challenger deserves better if they reach a draw, if for no other reason than the votes put champ and challenger at a draw, and to have the champion completely retain is sort of a slap to the face to everyone who voted the challenger over the champion.
Thoughts?

Thoughts? Yeah, I think you create a rematch. I agree but how about you put some sort of stipulation in that the champion gets to specify what type of match the rematch is? Gives it a bit more excitement and an easy excuse to work in a gimmick match as a feud-ender. EDIT - Actually that ruling would work much better if a heel gets himself intentionally disqualified/counted out. That way there's some downside to the bad guy doing that and makes DQ feud endings become less frequent.

One of these days I need to write up the WWCF general rules. Or someone else can for me. On a similar note, a PDF could save space in the text.
Anyways, when the next vote comes up, I think we may as well vote for a new Niteraw theme to mark the change of name. Seth, Gus? Could you get on that for me?
Furthermore, I think the Niteraw theme should change after every Gookermania or so.
