That's essentially your standard Eddie Kingston promo in Twitter form. I don't see the problem. It's just creepy as hell to see written out. In the context of a live promo it's just there, written out it reads more like a manifesto from a person about to go on a killing spree. On a second reading, wow, yeah, you're right, that is WAY creepier written out than actually verbalized. I dunno, maybe because in text, it's missing tone and inflection that would make it sound more natural. |

Alright, new sig. I'll meet you guys half way. I think we have a winner. And I think one reason that Eddie's stuff written out is creepier than if we hear it is twofold. One, the imagination is stronger when our brains read something, and takes on more of a vivid realization of it than if we just hear it, and two, we tend to assign not just the voice of the person who the quote is attributed, but also our own voice, almost making it partially something WE said (in our mind). |

I know I seem to bring it up once a thread but after looking around Twitter and seeing some art from the video game, I really wish it had happened. Guess it goes in the 2010 pile of forget along with WMD Corp.

I may not have the deep visceral hatred most of you have for Jigsaw (yet), but I agree... that mask isn't great. I guess jigsaw puzzle pieces just don't work as a good wrestling mask design.

How long before a show do they usually start announcing matches? In my experience? They'll usually start hyping matches about a month in advance, give or take. |

I still remember the Vin Gerard/Fire Ant feud for the Cup being a big deal, springboarding off one of the best matches I've ever seen. Eh, nostalgia, I guess. |
